Hi there, I would create an introduction but I don't really have a lot to say. I've been very interested in Premier League betting over the last few years, and I started doing more and more research every week to give me every advantage possible against the book-makers.

I've recently started collecting my research together and creating a weekly tips on my website for my friends and family. They suggested I should give them to a wider audience so here I am.

Please find the tips below (no link to my site is included) I'm not looking to spam your forum are bring it into any form of disrepute, if you want to know more about me you can follow me on twitter @cashforfreetips. Other than that, I'll hopefully be brining you my tips every weekend! Good Luck :)

This Weeks Predictions

Norwich V Chelsea

Chelsea have managed to complete the signing of Gary Cahill, strengthening a weak back four. It looks like he will play on Saturday along side England team mate John Terry. Normally new defensive partnerships take time to settle, but they have already played and trained along side each other for the national team. Rumours have been circulating that Daniel Sturridge is unhappy at playing second fiddle to Fernando Torres , and he may have a point since Torres hasn’t scored since the 5-0 win over Genk nearly 3 months ago. AVB seems confident that Torres can return to form, and after his impressive display at Sunderland, the player requested extra training sessions. Chelsea are not playing badly but aren’t picking up enough wins and have drawn 3 times in their last 6 premier league outings. They travel to Norwich, who managed to win away from home last week. They will be bolstered by the potential signing of Leeds captain Jonny Howson as he looks to pair up with ex-teammate Bradley Johnson. Norwich have only lost three times at home this season, twice by top 6 teams, with Chelsea in this category it seems the Canaries might get a little star struck! This game is going to be tight but if the Chelsea defence works together and Torres manages to carry on his newly found form , we think they might just squeeze past the new-comers.

Away Win 1-2

Everton V Blackburn

Blackburn managed to do boss Steve Kean a favour last week as they pulled off a shock win against Fulham at home. This was even more impressive considering the on-from Yakubu was sent off after just 23 minutes. Last week we mentioned how difficult it would be for Rovers if the home fans turned on the team, it was the opposite, they really were the “11th” man on the pitch last week and the team fought tooth and nail for the result. Injury worries for Blackburn remain the same, the two centre-backs Dann & Samba are injured, however there is a slim chance they will return on Saturday. Blackburn have only won once away this season, the 3-2 win at old Trafford. They travel to Everton side that picked up a good result away at Villa last week helping bolster their position mid-table, but the problem for the toffee’s is scoring, they have scored remarkably few goals this season, not scoring more than a single goal in a premier league fixture since before Christmas. Everton’s defence is troubled as they have lost key players to injury, Jagielka, Distin & Hibbert mean that a relatively un-tested back four could play Saturday. It’s going to be a close game, with very few goals, were strong believers in form and we think Steve Kean has got his players in the right frame of mind.

Away Win 0-1

Fulham v Newcastle

Fulham play host to Newcastle, the home-side suffered a defeat to bottom of the table Blackburn at Ewood Park last Saturday after the opposition were reduced to 10 men for the majority of the game. Their Away form has been poor, but their current home form as been much better, achieving 9 point out of a possible 12. Craven Cottage has been a sanctuary recently and has allowed the Cottagers to take 3 points from Arsenal & Liverpool. It looks as though Andrew Johnson has fallen out of favour as his alleged deal to Blackburn fell through. Their opposition are notoriously bad travellers , only winning once out of their last 5 games. They are still missing key players to the African Cup of Nations, Demba Ba, Cheikh Tiote and new signing Papiss Demba Cisse. Newcastle will hope that Leon Best’s goal last week will help him settle into the boots of the missing Ba. It’s another close game but with Fulham looking to put the Blackburn result behind them, they might just edge it.

Home Win 1-0

QPR v Wigan

QPR find themselves in the bottom 3 this week has they have managed 2 draws and 7 defeats in the last 9 premier league games. They say it’s a results business and Neil Warnock hasn’t being doing the job. The clubs owners have replaced the veteran manager with a colleague of similar stature in Mark Hughes, although a new manager wasn’t enough to save QPR from defeat last week. They just managed to scrape past the MK Dons in the FA cup replay and key players are absent through International duty & Injuries. The list includes Taarabt, Traore & Faurlin but Joey Barton is set for a return after his suspension. Their opposition are a Wigan side that sit bottom of the table. Wigan’s last premier league match ended in defeat to Manchester City, although their performance was better than the result indicates. The Latics are struggling for form put the performance against city will give them heart and they will try carry that momentum into this game. As with most of the fixtures this week it’s a close call, but with QPR in freefall we think that Wigan might just snatch it. Expect good odds on this risky match.

Away Win 0-1

Stoke V West Brom

West Brom are a side struggling to but any sort of consistent form together, their inconsistency could be their undoing this season as they slip closer to the bottom three , with some sides below them starting to find form. They have had some notable results against good opposition, such as Villa and Newcastle, but without stringing a series results together. Hodgson has injury worries as his usual back four has suffered injuries, leaving long time reserves stepping up to the mantle. They travel to Stoke to play a side that are performing really well this season and see themselves 8th in the table. They are undefeated in their last 4 premier league games with a draw away at Anfield. Tony Pulis has a near full strength squad at his disposal. If Stoke want to play in Europe next season they need to capitalise on fixtures like this. West Brom could upset a few people by pulling out a result here but we highly doubt it.

Home Win 2-1

Sunderland V Swansea

The reformed Sunderland are moving up the league under their new messiah Martin O’Neill, their starting to score goals and win games. They played Chelsea last week and were highly unlucky to not get at least a point out of the fixture. Since O’Neill has taken charge they haven’t lost at the Stadium of light and have beaten league leaders. They are visited by the in-form Swans a team renowned for the passing style and flowing football. In the fixture last week they managed to beat Arsenal with their own style, much to Arsene Wengers annoyance. The problem with Swansea is that they only achieve results at the Liberty Stadium , their away form being the worst in the division. They have only managed to pick up 6 points from a possible 30 away from home. Both sides are playing well but with Sunderland’s new home form, and the visitors dreary away record we can’t see the Swans getting a result here.

Home Win 2-0

Wolverhampton V Aston Villa

Mick McCarthy managed to lose his opportunity at a cup run as Wolves were knocked out against lower league opposition. They sit perilously close to the bottom three and could be dragged into it come Sunday morning. Home games are where you need to pick up points when the team is struggling, but only getting 1 point in your last 4 isn’t good enough. The 4-4-2 Wolves played in the cup was often exposed and McCarthy will look to play more defensively against Villa, probably to the home fans annoyance in this local derby. Villa are also a team in trouble at home with 1 draw and 4 defeats in their last 5 home matches. Thankfully for their fans the away record is better only losing twice on the road. The difference in this match is likely to be Agbonlahor , he’s having a good season compared to more recent campaigns and against a slow defence such as Wolves he should be itching to get on the field. Villas away form is impressive and the home teams woeful, Villa will win this.

Away Win 0-2

Bolton v Liverpool

Liverpool could only manage a draw at home to Stoke last week, a disappointing result for all those involved with the club as they try to apply some pressure to the last Champions League spot. The last time the Reds travelled they got mauled by Manchester City at the Etihad. The main problem for Liverpool comes in the goals department, with Suarez still missing for a considerable length of time and Carroll not finding form it appears that goals are going to have to come from the midfield. Liverpool travel to Bolton, who’s home record is abysmal . Bolton have only managed to collect 4 points at home this season and the fans aren’t taking kindly to the displays the team are providing in front of their home fans. Owen Coyle is struggling with striker Kevin Davies, the lynch pin of the team struggling to score goals this season. The desperation of the home fans will have only increased as they lost Gary Cahill to Chelsea. Liverpool are struggling to score goals, but will be against a new defensive partnership

Away Win 0-1

Man City v Tottenham

Super Sunday could not be a more apt description as 4 of the top 5 play each other this weekend. Tottenham failed to capitalise on what should of been a definite home win as they were held be Wolves. Spurs will be without striker Adebayor as he is ineligible to play, but Jermain Defoe looks set to step into the breach, hoping to prove a point and get back into the starting 11. Spurs will look at Man City’s recent poor performances and use them to bolster their own ambitions going into this game. City are suffering injuries, international duties and suspensions to key players, missing Kolo & Yaya Toure, Kompany , Ballotelli & Richards. The absentee’s have been hard to replace by Mancini and the results have shown this, however Man City’s home record is impeccable. They have only conceded for goals this season at the Etihad and have never lost. This game could possibly be the watch of the season, it’s going to be close but were going to stick are necks on the line and back Tottenham to just edge this must watch game.

Away Win 1-2

Arsenal v Man Utd

Super Sunday continues with another mouth-watering fixture as Arsenal play Manchester united. Arsenal’s last premier league outing was one to be forgotten as they went down at their own game to Swansea away from home. Arsenal seem to struggle at home, possibly due to the pressure of the home fans, and a game like this will do nothing to ease the nerves of the players. Arsenal have more injuries at the back currently than most team have all season, and have a very unconvincing back four. Rumours have it that Henry has picked up and injury and with him having little effect on the Swansea match the “Henry Factor” may already be over for the Gunners fans. Arsenals aren’t the only top team with an Injury crisis as Manchester Utd are missing key players all over the park and with fresh injury concerns for Smalling, Welbeck & Jones it looks to be a very weak Manchester Utd team. Both teams have a weak backline through injury and this game really could go either way. We can’t decide who will win, so were going for the draw.

Draw 1-1

Swansea v Chelsea

Chelsea face another difficult away trip this week as the travel to the formidable Liberty stadium. Swansea lost 2-0 away from home last week against a good Sunderland team who’ve yet to lose at home under Martin O’Neill. Their last home fixture in the league saw them put Arsenal to the sword as they beat the gunners 3-2. New signing Sigurdsson has slotted into the midfield with ease and created the game winning pass that saw them past the gunners. Swansea have also managed to sign Chelsea’s Josh McEachran on loan until the end of season, however he is unable to play against his parent club. Expect them to play their passing football which has earned them the nickname the Barcelona of the Premier League. They face a Chelsea team which is out of sorts. Cahill didn’t play last week due to the late transfer but he will look to make his debut alongside John Terry in this fixture. Chelsea are struggling to put consistent performances together and aren’t showing the tenacity they showed a couple of seasons ago. The lack of creativity and poor service to a struggling Torres is likely to see them struggle again. They lost Ramires mid-week, Terry is out after agrivating a knee injury, lampard is still out, but finally Essien is returning to fitness. Swansea have a magnificent record at home, and the victory over Arsenal will only give them more confidence. We think Swansea might nick this one and the value is definitely there.

Home Win 1-0

Tottenham v Wigan

Visitors Wigan sit bottom of the Premier League 4 points from safety. Wigan may have had an average start to the season, but their recent form has been abysmal. They last managed a win in the League on the 10th of December only picking up 3 points in all fixture since. The three draws they achieved were good results against strong opposition such as Liverpool , Arsenal and Stoke, but they haven’t been able to capitalise on these good performances. Their current away form is poor losing their 3 out of their last 4 away fixtures in all competitions, and they haven’t kept a clean sheet for 5 games. They face a Tottenham side who were extremely unlucky to go down to the league leaders 3-2 at the weekend, in a controversial match in which the match winner, Mario Balotelli seemed to stamp on the head of Scott Parker. The were very impressive against the league leaders, which couldn’t be said for the lacklustre performance mid-week, they managed to grind out a result but it appeared if they had started to believe that they will just achieve results with-out properly preparing. They near “shock” defeat midweek should bring Tottenham down to earth and we think that they will win this one, however there is very little value in the game with Tottenham at 1/5 to win!

Home Win 2-0

Wolverhampton v Liverpool

Wolves are currently in turmoil, a home defeat to local rivals Aston villa hasn’t helped there cause and they find themselves in the bottom three. McCarthy is struggling for his full strength squad as Frimpong is probably through injury and Henry is currently suspended. They may only need a draw to climb out of the relegation zone but scoring past a solid Liverpool defence could be an issue. Wolves have only scored more than a single goal in a match on one occasion since the 20th of December. They face a resurgent Liverpool team who have had some good results bolstered by their returning captain Steven Gerrard. Last week we had them down to take the points from Bolton and were completely shocked by the 3-1 mauling. Thankfully Liverpool pulled themselves together and managed to knock the top two sides in the country out of the cup competitions. The need to pull this form out of the cups and into the league as only consistency will guarantee them a place in Europe next season. Suarez completes his 8 match ban during this fixture and it looks like he will go straight back into the starting 11 unless Andy Carroll can pull a wonder performance out of the bag. If Carroll doesn’t achieve against a poor Wolves team I can’t see him getting into the team ahead of Suarez any time soon. Liverpool have the form going into this game and should win.

Away Win 0-2

Everton v Man City

The League leaders face a trip to Goodison Park mid-week hoping to cement their position a tthe top of the table. Having being knocked out of the carling cup by Liverpool in a close 2-2 draw they are out of all domestic competitions and can focus on the league, with the UEFA cup being the only remaining distraction. Their form at home has been almost exemplary but the away form will be causing Mancini a small headache. City have looked a little wayward recently as they’ve been missing key players such as the Toure brothers , Vincent Kompany & the ever controversial Balotelli. Thankfully Kompany is set to return and give Savic the “rest” many of the fans feel he deserves. Their hosts are an Everton struggling to score goals, although they managed to put 2 past Fulham the first time since the end of November. The first goal for the young striker Stracqualursi's clearly meant alot to the player, and the fans will be glad to see that kind of emotion from the player. Unfortunately for David Moyes that’s were the good news ends, the injury list still contains key players such as Jagielka, Distin, Osman and Rodwell . It looks like Everton will struggle here and can’t see anything but a convincing City victory.

Away Win 0-2

Man Utd v Stoke

After Man Utd were knocked out of the FA Cup late on by Liverpool, many Manchester Utd fans were left pointing their fingers at De Gea. It looks as if the young Spaniard may lose his place to Lindegaard after the unsettling performance. Manchesters injury list is possible the worst in the division with Rooney, Ferdinand and Nani all possibly out for this fixture. The noisy neighbours still hold a 3 point lead at the top of the table and Man Utd will be eager to close this gap as soon as possible. United have won the last seven meetings at home between the clubs, scoring 20 goals, only conceding a solitary reply. Their visitors are a compact stoke side under long serving manager Tony Pulis. They have aimed this season for European qualification but have struggled with consistency and keep failing to claim the elusive 5th spot. Stoke have no real injury worries, and will play a full strength team against the injury stricken Utd side. The flaws in the Utd defence will leave them open to goals, but I think they will get a result here.

Home Win 2-1

Aston Villa v QPR

Villa may still be in shock from their FA cup defeat at the weekend as their managed to lose a comfortable 2-0 lead to Arsenal at the Emirates. Villa look relative comfortable until the defence had a “mad” 10 minutes and managed to concede 2 penalties. Their league home form is nothing to boast about either gaining just 1 point from the last 15 at home, the only point a draw against Everton. Possibly the most effective signing of the January transfer window saw Robbie Keane score a couple of goals away at Wolves picking up the three points in a 2-3 victory away from home. Dunne should be partnered up in defence with long term colleague Collins & Marc Albrighton is set to return. The face Mark Hughes QPR who’s new found form see’s them gaining points and winning matches. They managed to defeat the MK Dons in the FA cup and were narrowly defeated at Chelsea by a late, controversial Juan Mata penalty. Many suspected that Barton maybe unused under Hughes but this has not been the case, couple that with the new signing of Onuoha and QPR are beginning to look a lot more solid under Hughes. It’s going to be a tight game and we can’t pick a clear winner.

Draw 1-1

Blackburn v Newcastle

Blackburn and Newcastle have already faced each other three times this season, the spoils have gone to Newcastle twice and Blackburn once. All of the matches have been action packed with a Demba Ba Hat-trick in one, and a last minute winner by Givet in another. Newcastle will be bolstered by the return of Demba Ba & his Senegalese strike partner Cisse, however it is uncertain whether either will be match-fit for Wednesdays tie. Yakubu is still out for Blackburn and it looks like Samba may follow suit as he struggles with injury. The owners decision to stick with Steve Kean may be justified come the end of the season, as the team are fighting tooth and nail for survival and have earned key victories over Man Utd & Fulham. The outcome of this match depends on the fitness of the two Senegalese strikers we think , If they play we think Newcastle will edge it. Make sure to check the team sheets tomorrow!

Away Win 1-2

Bolton v Arsenal

Bolton have currently won their last three games in all competitions their most impressive coming at home to a good Liverpool team. The results aren’t the only pleasing thing for Coyle the manner of their performance against Liverpool was fantastic and it was a thorough beating of the top 5 hopefuls. Kevin Davies has been largely unaffective this season and his postion in the starting 11 has come under fire for the first time in years, and with transfer speculation rife he might not be at the club come Wednesday. Arsenal are the team looking to holt Boltons progress and will be flying high after an emotional FA cup comeback which saw their fans boo them off at half time. Once again Robin Van Persie was on the backpages of the tabloids with 2 cool penalties and an Aleged elbow on Carlos Cuellar. Arsenal have recently lost to Manchester United and Swansea, and a defeat against Aston Villa would have inflicted even more pressure on the Frenchman. Wenger will be glad to know that his injury list is finally begging to shorten with with Sagna, Vermaelen, Arteta, Coquelin and Henry all back in contention. Another gem in Arsene Wengers collections seems to be emerging the young Oxlade-Chamberlain has been a revelation in midfield, with the youngster determined to cement a starting position. Bolton have finally started to click as a team, but with a lot of key players returning I can only see Arsenal winning this.

Away Win 1-2

Fulham v West Brom

West Brom’s current away form is one many clubs envy as they have picked up 9 points out of 12 in their last 4 away games, taking points from tough grounds such as the Britannia & St. James Park. Defeat in the FA cup will have hurt Roy Hodgson more than he had thought, with Jara & Thomas possible joining Brunt & Scharner on the sidelines. The visit Craven Cottage were Fulham have picked won 4 out of their last 5. Their disappointing exit to Everton in the FA cup may have dampened spirits especially as the opponents came from behind to win.Clint Dempsey is on fire for the home team at the moment bringing his goal tally to 15 for the season in all competitions. Unlike his counterpart Martin Jol has no real injury problems . It’s a really tight game with good home form V good away form.

Draw 1-1

Sunderland v Norwich

The definition of a mid-table battle takes place at the Stadium of Light midweek as the Black-cats take on the Canaries. Both teams currently sit 9th & 10th in the table separated by a meagre 2 points. The “Martin O’Neill miracle” continues to work with Sunderland and they remain undefeated on home soil. He will have been disappointed with the cup draw against Middlesbrough but will have taken heart from Frazer Campbell scoring after being out for 18 months. Injuries to Brown & Cattermole mean there probably out joining Bendtner & Bramble on the injury list. Paul Lambert must be praised for the Job he is doing at Norwich, a performance which see’s them win back to back promotions and there now into the top half of the Premier League. This just highlights the fact that Norwich shouldn’t be underestimated. Good results against West Brom & Chelsea have helped keep the momentum going and Paul Lambert should be taken a full strength squad to Sunderland. This game really is too close to call, but there should be goals as both teams are out to win it. Draw 2-2.
