Hello.

I understood that when i buy tickets from the web site,i can't choose the seat number and the line.

i heard that if i will buy the tickets using the call center i can choose the seat and the line but the problem is that the sale starts 2 hours late than from the website and the best places could be sold out.

what can i do?

Thanks.

If you did not want to sit in the red area then you could either call the call centre (it is quite unlikely that all of he West stand will be sold out) or you get told the seat and row number when you are buying the ticket and you can press 'cancel order' and go buy a ticket in 'West stand lower' again. I sat in the red area that you showed us in the picture and I was in Row 13 seat 200. There are 32 rows in the west lower so if you want a good view of the whole pitch try to get a row with a number higher than 20 and the seats that are not in the red area have a seat number of less than 200.

For example, f you get offered Row 24 Seat 114 that would be a very good seat for you

i wrote to chelsea fc.com and they said to me:

if i will buy tickets for chelsea game against bromwich on the 11 7:00am from the websiteat the moment of the buying i will choose west Stand lower i will get the best seats at the middle or i can get the seats in the sides at the end to?

his answer:

The site will give you the best available at the time of entering.

so if im buying the tickets and the best seats in the west lower stand is avaliable so i will get them? if no the next best seats and so on?

The problem is, buying them online is random... for instance whenever I buy tickets I always get them before 7am when the online service opens (I have my methods...), but only once have I ever had front row seats at Stamford Bridge in the 11 years I've gone to watch games there.

The ticket system is done so it fills up seats from the middle. The best seats for the West stand lower are in the middle so if they are available you should be able to get them. I would advise using the call centre though if you want seats in a specific area

Dont know why you are so fussed about being right in the middle, especially if its your first match. Just being there will be excellent.

The view is good in the west stand pretty much anywhere and its unlikely you would end up right in those corners you circled.

do you have your own membership or their membership number and password so that you can access their accounts? If you do log onto yours/their account and go onto the 'friends and family' tab. Then click add member and enter their customer number, their last name and their post code

so do you have a membership if they are under your 'friends and family'? if so, when buying the tickets choose 2 (or however many you want to buy 3 maximum if you have 3 accounts) and on the next page you choose 1 membership for one of the tickets and the 2nd membership for the other ticket. They will be delivered to your home address- not the other peoples addresses

you will either need him to change the address so that the tickets are sent to your home in Israel. It may be difficult getting them sent over there so I would either call the club to ask them if you can have them sent to Israel or collect them at the box office on the day. The credit card details and everything will also need to be changed unless he buys the tickets and gives them to you and then you give him the money

That is not very likely that the tickets will be sold out in 2 hours. Some people are still on holiday at that time of the year so there is not quite as much demand for tickets. Also, most people choose to sit near the front but the view of the whole pitch from the back of the stand is better. Even if the seats exactly in the middle are sold out almost all parts of the stand offer a very very good view of the pitch
