Mazacar doesnt work, and that is why I have been saying Mourinho will drop Mata for KDB so the trio can have balance! And yes, I agree that if you have the opportunity to add more quality you do so. But you cant argue you first tackle your big issues before polishing what is already good. You are a game designer, right? Do you improve your good graphics if you have problems with gameplay (or vice-versa)? However, I will be honest with you, I am terrified to death Mata will be used to land Rooney if we aproach the last day of the transfer window and Manure still havent sold him to us. I think I would literately shad a tear if that happens...

I think he is good, maybe even great. He is definitely better than anyone we have to play as RW/LW (but Hazard), which is obviously a good thing. And he can also be a pretty good CAM. I am just of the opinion that the set of players we already have are more than enough and there is absolutely no need to splash 30 million on a luxury... I believe the bigger rocks must be put in the pot before the smaller ones fit in!

You say you are glad the club didnt decide to overpay for Cavani or any other possible target (DM,CM), but you are glad we are overpaying for Willian? You cant say for others to be happy with something they dont agree on. You have all the right to back-up Mourinho and the board on this deal, I just wont because I think that having the resources doesnt mean we should use it in a not so wise manner...

1. Mourinho was the same one saying we wouldnt buy any more players. Get real, what he said or says to the media means fuck all! 2. MVG is one of the players we need, he wont solve all the problems we continuosly showed last season on the pivot. 3. I agree with that, but it doesnt make my concerns any less valid just because the transfer window isnt over. I guess if you were an Arsenal fan, you wouldnt be worried at all since the window is not closed yet, lol.

I never said Willian wont work, you are arguying something I havent said! I am saying the 30mi adn all the effort to steal Willian from Spurs should be used in more critical areas. Two of them being DM and ST... This 30mi and the mooney reserved for Rooney would be enough to cover Cavani and new DM! That is all we are contesting.

Oh really? Mourinho didnt even had talks with Anzhi about Willian, it was all overnight with a call from ROMAN to the Russians. And he said Willian will add quality(and he will), but it will make us have to get rid of some players. I dont want us to spend 30mi on a luxury that can harm someone else, even if it is Moses. This is just a move we dont desperately need, which would be fine if we had all other issues covered, but we dont. Where is the new DM/CM? Where is the new ST? Where is the confirmation that Mata wont leave in the expense of this deal? We cant even tell if he really wants the dude or he just wants to send a message to Levy, AVB and the whole league. So tell me, what if this is in the portion that wont work?

Did you talk to Mourinho? How do you know he thinks we need him? What if he is only replacing an imminent trade of Rooney and Mata? Mourinho is not the only one with a voice inside Chelsea and we dont know wheather he trully wants Willian or he just doesnt want Willian at Spurs... Jose is not a God and people can actually be right even by contradicting him. Dont tell me you actually think he did things right in Madrid or that letting Mata go (which we can only speculate) would be a good move.

Yeah, we should have adressed the priorities before playing hijacking games with Spurs!Cole and JT are not the same, so there is an argument for the need of both a LB and a CB. Lampard is not the same and Mikel is Mikel, so a DM/CM in the likes of Witsel and Fernandinho are a must. On top of that, Lukaku/Ba/Torres are not the ideal trio for a club like Chelsea... The only place we didnt need to make changes is the one we are spending almost 50mi on (Williand and Schurrle! EDIT: Dont get me wrong, I have that Joker smile on my face ever since the news broke. Willian is awesome as a player and as a character (plus the fact he is Brazilian). It is just that we should focus on bigger and more important priorities atm.

It seems totally unnecessary, but it does make a little bit of sense if Jose is thinking long term and has realized we dont have the width and work-rate he desires on the attacking end of the field... We would have 5 top qualities creative AMs to rotate, we would piss the hell out of a rival and Mourinho/Roman would get their beloved media attention. Now, that we should be spending those 30mil in a DM and ST, I have absolutely no doubt about it!

Yes and I agree, but when you say a 15mi would be more suited you are basically downgrading him... No, he is not a 30mi player and no, we shouldnt be buying him. However, he is definitely a 20mi+ player (especially when we bought Schurrle for 18mi).

But that is different, Oscar or Hulk or Neymar already had a brilliant period in visible teams. The first two had stupidly amazing performances in the Brazilian League and the latter had a superb season with Porto...However, Willian left Corinthians very young, after only 6 months as a professional and went directly to Ukraine (where nobody here has acess to it, unless they are playing an UEFA tournament). With him and Fernandinho playing in the EPL, prepare yourself to see more of them playing for Brazil! The biggest problem Brazil have is exactly our biggest strengh, the incredible amount of good players at our disposal. We have way too many talented players to fit in, enough to make two teams and be better than most of the world. Because of that, when a manager gets used to or trust a determined group, it is hard for someone else to make the cut; even if he badly deserves it. That is what currently happens with Coutinho, Fernandinho, etc. Which isnt something new and has actually also happened many other times: Ademir da Guia in the 60s, Dirceu Lopes in 1970, Juninho in 1998, Alex in 2002, Neymar in 2010, etc...

Well, if we buy Willian (which I very much doubt), we would have 4 £23mi+ players for 3 positions... Anyways, all I want is to not see Mata going to Manure, that would be terrible. I prefer to see Spurs getting Willian than to see Ferguson/Moyes finally getting a trully great CAM!
