  1. Great servant for the club. Really looks after himself and definitely a couple of years left at the top level. Au revoir
  2. I think theyre right about one thing, it will probably be a short tenure. The flak and pressure with a few bad results will mean protests outside Goodison

  7. Johnson absolutely trounced in PMQs today. Never seen a worse performance by a serving PM. First decimated by Starmer, then by SNPs Blackford who reminded Johnson how he described black people... ''Flag waving Piccaninies with water melon smiles''
  8. Returned to training at Chelsea today following a mixed year-long loan spell at Aston Villa as he looks to impress his new boss Thomas Tuchel
  9. Yeah but its not the British people - it was a few rich cunts and their lackeys - some of which their descendents still have that acquired wealth. When it was going on the most of the British people were poor, worked to death via disease etc. Massive class divide, not as it is now by sedating people with lots of consumer products and football If we're gonna blame the whole country, lets get billions and billions back from Italy for the Roman empire
  10. Youre right - problem with that is a few agents with 150 -200 top players on their books would start their own thing up, deals with broadcasters, and as weve seen, with their owners try a another super league type thing. Problem started with Jimmy Hill - he changed Modern Day Football He also went on to become chairman of the PFA. At the time when he took the job there was a wages cap on football players which meant that the maximum wage for a player was just £20.00 a week. Hill ended the cap whilst he was chairman of the PFA. That was in 1961 🤣 but its led to where we are now
  11. Check out Dorset MP Drax. The richest MP -still has plantations where 30 000 slaves were tortured and worked to death
  12. Packed it in about 15 years ago. People getting so excited about a report on Goal or Daily Heil -its just illiterate journos justifying their pay packet. People here playing fantasy football 'lets get so and so' it bullshit. I just wait for the club announcements now
  13. Two billionaire press barons now own half of the top 10 daily newspapers. Every day they peddle 'stories' that divide people. Fake controversies that create division between people with shared economic needs - and they distract the public from a low tax, low regulation, libertarian worldview that few in Britain support. Elections expert Professor Sir John Curtice claimed that the Conservative Party are now seeking to "tap into" a wider set of values held by those who voted to leave the EU in 2016 through an "anti-woke agenda". Culture war pedlars often use contrived stories to pit working-class communities against one another and caricature movements for racial and LGBT equality. We need to have the confidence to call out what they are doing so we can build on the public demand – especially amongst working-class people up and down the country – for action on jobs, climate change and building a better future for the next generation.
  14. The way he looks after himself wouldnt be surprised if he'll still be playing for another 2-3 years
  15. 100m -150m - Might be more economical to teach Timo the offside rule

  18. Transmissions Part One: Origins (sub.media)
  19. Meanwhile....Every year 3,575,000 people die from water related diseases. This is equivalent to a jumbo jet crashing every hour. Most of these people are children (2.2 million) 844 million people lack access to safe drinking water. This is more than the combined populations of the United States, Brazil, Japan, Germany, France and Italy. (UNICEF) The good news is that it is possible to do something about it. Many organizations work to improve water conditions in developing countries. From 1990 to 2006 the number of people with access to safe drinking water has risen by 1.6 billion people.

  23. Two Conservative Lords – who formerly served as treasurers of the Conservative Party – own shares in the controversial new TV network GB News. Spencer and Farmer. Both men are prolific Conservative donors, with Lord Farmer having donated £530,000 to the party since the beginning of 2019. His son, George, was one of the founding figures in Turning Point UK – the controversial off-shoot of the pro-Donald Trump American student activist organisation
