First of all, this is actually really from quite a while ago. We have been through this topic very extensively in this thread actually. I do not know why The Sun came up with this again. quite sensation-seeking really. Furthermore and even more sensation seeking: it was caused by a very, very lousy tranlsation from French. Eden didn't say anything + Benteke just mentioned that Edens favorite club used to be Real. The 'His dream is to join Real Madrid' is very badly translated and taken way out of context. Nothing more. I find it actually appalling they even dare to write a caption/title like 'Eden Hazard wants to join Real Madrid'. Seems more like attempt to destabilize .... Benteke talks (and carjacks) too much :-) Didn't he himself say he had a dream to joing Arsenal. So you see : way too much idiotic talk from him. Ow and Fuck the Sun as well.

I agree!!! But, didn't we all also agree about the fact this was going to be a transition year? No? Did I miss something that said we were to be super champions again the next year? Everyone seemed to know we would have a transition year this summer (see the posts - even of the forementioned persons) and there was general consensus that this is hard. I agree we need experienced players to win things, but -policy like - we are choosing the route of youngsters: Hazard, Oscar, KDB, .... the whole academy! Finally cause we sucked on that ( see the comments on our results academy-wise! Leadership is showing the managerial courage to make this decision and NOT go in with the short term 'Henrique strategy'. I understand Henrique - he seems to want to win stuff, and we al do. But I fear this strategy will never give us a long term strategy. His strategy could be a good one, but it is not a Chelsea one if you ask Roman. Also, a lot of people know we need to change demographics in our team. I hate seeing Lamps trashed by some on the forum like this. I want a team where Legends do get to grow old and where future stars DO get a real chance to flourish!! This is what makes ke proud, not just a cup trophy. I know this is my view, not the view of others. Also, some who thinks only the 28-31 year old real performers are 'Chelsea Material' have no soul for me. No Offense, this is my view .....

Cool. I just had it with some Hazard-critics on here even though he was really decent (or more than so - especially season wide). Why is that? Just because of a pricetag? And how do you see this exactly, Oh wise one? Pluspoints for factual correctness: take into account his age and his first year here, take indeed his stats with it, take into account the team is a trainwreck now, the trainer shuffle, no striker .... also no cherry picking on his actual bad matches: the whole package of Hazard this season. How is this exactly bad for a - again - 21 year old - debutant? And if he is, who has done better in this team that is even remotely comparable? Oscar? Mata (ow he was older)? Torres (LOL), Luiz, Lampard, Romeu, Cole,, Ivanovic, Cahill....Ow didn't they all go down at a certain point? Now, what is your reference point? Where was he a really below par in comparison to everyone else - again - he is new here and young? Was he decisive in some games (also, when you say someting like: thats not hard it was against Norj...., why wasn't everyone good there?), and so on, and so on.... Could it possibly be even remotely possible its not actually Hazard being a truly bad player, but a young guy having adjustment problems in a newly formed, much changed team where even the old guard is struggling - although being one that shows great talent even in these situations - which is very good in itself? Still, he is not awefull not bad at this time. He is a very decent team player with moments of briliance. If you think otherwise, look Torres, look defence, look even double pivot; To the haters, a big fuck you. Look up 'confirmation bias' on wikipedia and study. I am done with the lot of you.
