The bit about the walkway to the cemetery is true. They wanted to renovate it and Ken Bates offered to put money towards it if they built a bridge over the railway, but they said no.
Ahh my bad. Under the Abramovich era the club haven't contact the council.
-
We would be able to expand if there was another exit from the ground. At the moment there are only 2 exits which both lead to Fulham Road. The club, particularly under Kenyon tried to gain planning permission to build a bridge into Brompton cemetery but because it is a Royal Park it was refused by the council. In addition, we have tried to gain permission to build a bridge/tunnel from behind the Matthew Harding Stand to West Brompton station but this was too costly and complicated.
If we were to expand the tour guide on the stadium tour said it would be through building a third tier on the Matthew Harding stand. If we did this we would have to demolish the houses behind the stadium because they would not get enough sunlight. It is very very difficult to expand Stamford Bridge.
Wrong. The club has never contacted the council regarding planning permission. They made that very clear. This is because they haven't found a cost effective way to expand Stamford Bridge.

You remind me of George Galloway, therefore I shall not be voting for you!! :tophat:

I VERY much doubt the odds of Drogba going to Galatasaray are evens!
I wouldn't have said it if it wasn't true...
-

Probably a load of cobblers, I mean £6 million pounds a year?!
It's Brazilian so $6 million, I'd assume.

for random bumps!!

No way?!
So he's past the injuries?
My mate tells me the club paid for him to go have physio in Dubai.
-
I've just heard some incredibly interesting news from my mate at the training ground.
Sam has started training again over the last few weeks. Apparently Sam asked for a professional contract with the club, but they rejected, which is understandable.

Dont think so, it happens a lot in stadiums in SA. It must stop. Imagine you if such a thing happened in England.
Throwing of radios is a common occurrence in South American stadiums? Blimey!
-
6 years. Shhhhhhhhhhhhh
-
Thats ridiculous. Scolari did a poor job a Chelsea, but he is a good coach and great man, he is also an old man and doesn't deserve a fucking radio in his head.
You have to admit it was funny though!
-
Haha too bad.. and yeah I also think he is United bound, btw did anyone else see the laser aimed towards Neymar?
Yeah! There's like 3, they've being doing it all match.
My mate has one, they're stupidly powerful I'm surprised the players aren't complaining!
-
Why they dont have problem in Italy?
Different immigration laws I believe.
-
Come on!!! There's still hope.
-
Chelsea must change the youth program. Why We dont took him when he was a cheap guy playing in south america?
They must realize that is in Brazil and Argentina that they will find sublime creative mids with superb skills.
Because they'd struggle to get a work permit in England.
-
Terrible goalkeeping.
-
You tell me!
Are you sure you wont him to tell you...
-
Зашто? Шта је проблем?
Уморна сам од потребе да се даље иде на Гоогле Транслате, то је веома фрустрирајуће.

GUUS HIDDINK is ready to quit Turkey for the Chelsea job.
The Dutchman, 64, has had enough of international coaching and wants to return to club management.
In a clear message to Blues owner Roman Abramovich, Hiddink made it plain he is eager to go back to Stamford Bridge and replace axed Carlo Ancelotti as boss.
He said: "I never told anybody that I was going to continue working with Turkey.
"I feel energetic and I like working every day.
"I feel I need to do more, so a club role is more preferable than coaching a national team.
"I haven't told the president of the Turkish FA. But he is an intelligent man and I'm sure he follows the world's media. There is no official offer yet, so I cannot guarantee anything."
Hiddink expects to open formal negotiations with Abramovich next week, following Turkey's European Championship qualifier in Belgium tomorrow.
He still has 12 months of his Turkish contract to run and is relying on Chelsea to negotiate a £4million compensation package.
Hiddink spent three months in charge following Phil Scolari's sacking and led the club to glory in the 2009 FA Cup final against Everton.
He still refers to Abramovich as 'boss' and remains in regular contact with the Russian billionaire.
Look's pretty guaranteed now.
