Umm "Another point: Luiz is doing really bad these days. He's more offensive and he can't do crazy stuff in 18 yard box ! I used to defend Luiz's appearances so much but I can't do it anymore. We have to play Cahill." Yes you did as a matter of fact, you said he's playing really bad these days, and if you didn't think that he played bad in the Man U game, what prompted you to even say anything about him....? Read what you have posted yourself before you try and defend the indefensible. Also, just because I don't agree with the drivel that you've just posted, haven't seen in any point in my post where I say anything else about any other fan on here- so what are you smoking?! Same shit Cuntburg was smoking clearly.

Take all of this shit that you have just typed out and throw it in the trash. Jesus fucking christ. And your grammar is terrible. FYI- Cahill and Ivanovic BOTH fucked up just as much as Luiz did, the only difference was that neither of them were unfortunate enough to have the ball bounce off their back and into our net. Yes, Luiz played bad, but so did the majority of the defence.

Considering he's being alleged as being racist towards one of our players and using inappropriate language towards at least one more player... If he is found guilty of that he'll be lucky to ever referee ever again. I for one have my fingers very firmly crossed that Chelsea have some hard proof to back this allegation up so they can get this fucking cunt sacked from the game... (excuse my french but this is winding me up no end) All in all with the exception of a few blunders I think we played really well considering what was going on throughout the entire game and the fact we were almost deemed to lose even before the game had kicked off. I am mighty proud of both our players keeping face and still playing strong despite the goings on, as well as the fans, the majority of whom stayed til the very end and were singing and lifting almost the entire way through the game. Bring on Wednesday now, and lets have a match where it's 11v11 rather than 9v14. And then let's see what happens to Alex and his fucking puppets.
-
Yeah you are right, it is Ferguson's team, the same team who got beat by Everton and Spurs this season, much the same as you would have said before the Everton game that United would never lose points to them, they went and lost the game.

Oh what it must feel like to be so positive . I'll focus on the positives rather than the negatives and just be thankful that we aren't being slammed like the likes of City are. Fact of the matter is, we are still 2nd in the table (with only 4 points yes), but 2 more wins at home and we should be dandy. Then the dynamics of the competition change when the KO phase is initiated. Though it would be stupid to say that we WILL retain the trophy again this year, I hold out hope that we can, at least, get rather far in the competition (how far is down to the luck and what happens on each respective night). We shall but see.

a bit early to be saying that we are struggling to cope in Europe when we have only lost one of the 3 games we have played.... (by way of actually playing poor and looking like we dont have an answer), the draw against Juve was just a typical Chelsea result and the same happened last year numerous times in thinking that we have the upper hand being 2 goals up and then just taking our foot off the gas... The other game we smashed Nordshit, who managed to draw against Juve... So to say that we are struggling based on what we have seen so far... meh.

You lot, honestly some of you sound like it's the end of the world that we lost 1 game in the CL group stages, like that hasn't ever happened to us before. And our squad now has so much more depth than we had at the business end of the season last year. You need to lighten up a little bit, we have one of the most (potentially) exciting squads in a long time, some of them are still gelling together and we make a few mistakes now and then (some being more costly than others), but who doesn't?! Fact remains that our squad is capable of getting out of the group and some way into the KO stage (how far depends on squad fitness and the amount of silly mistakes that happen). We get one loss in the season and some of you are contemplating the possibility that we might not even make it through the group stage!! Jeez.

Oh yes sorry I do remember that, because I was slating him at one of the matches that I went to where he was on the wing being extraordinarily greedy. My apologies, just have got so used to the deadly MAZACAR three that I momentarily assumed that they would have always been starting together. But I guess you understand what I was getting at with the post in general...?
-
I dont know what exactly you took out of my post, but in no way was I sticking up for Torres, more so the opposite. But I'm saying we have never really relied on Torres this seasons and so Mata Oscar and Hazard all go into it with the options and intent of scoring themselves, so obviously Torres not firing is a huge disadvantage as our CF he should be coming out with a lot more than he has been, but by no means does his incompetence mean that we are lacking when it comes to opportunities when those 3 are so attacking minded.
-
Of course we should play patiently, but that wasn't our only problem yesterday, sometimes we were playing too slow and then gave Shakthar the chance to pull all of their players back before we even got a pass off. You make the mistake in thinking that Torres is the only person who can score in this team, both mata, hazard and oscar are good at making their own chances when Torres is playing the "I dont want to shoot the ball today" game. Im not at all worried about our attack on sunday..
-
You make them sound like they are 100x better than they are playing so far this season, do you remember they lost to tottenham, who we beat just a few days ago in their gaff 4-2...? Man United aren't playing well at all by their standards. Also, did you not see that they went 2-0 down against Braga at home last night ?? Yes they came back to win it 3-2 by FT but the fact they had 2 scored against them by a weaker team in their own back yard...
-
Can't see us losing this game if I'm honest, the fact Braga managed to score 2 against them at Old Trafford tends to suggest that they have many a defensive problem at the moment, will that be rectified completely by sunday? Not a chance..

Personally I think the entire out field team played shit last night, there I said it. Cech kept us in the game as much as he could but there is only so many shots he can save after a relentless onslaught. Mikel for me seems like he got a boost of ego from the skill that he showed against Tottenham, and that's not what we needed yesterday, rather than trying to beat your first and second man every time you get the ball, maybe sourcing a decent pass would be the better option from time to time. In general yesterday the passing and the overall attacking build up was just shocking. Too slow getting up the field and every time we had a chance to work something up the field a bad pass stopped all progression. I can only imagine what it's like being Petr in games like this where he knows the team are playing shit and it's going to be a very, very tough night of goal action for him... The problems for me started before the match had even kicked off, in the form of the starting line up. - I know that Terry is our captain and he isn't going to be playing many matches for the time being for obvious reasons, but picking him over Cahill and Luiz pairing was a mistake, Gary and Luiz are the future. They have been playing well together and at a time when we needed a strong performance against a team like Shakthar, the decision was made to leave one of the pair, who are gelling so well together, out of the equation. - 2nd mistake of the lineup, putting Lampard in (After just coming back from injury) in what everyone knew was going to be a tough slog, pushing Ramires out on to the wing (yes we all know that he can play there but he hasn't played there once this season), thus leaving Hazard out of the line up... Wtf?! Then the inevitable happened rather early on and we were forced to take Lampard off. Hazard was instated, but at this time was it not too late? Being one goal down in the first minutes of the game and all the pre match training and tactics would have flown out of the window. - 3rd and most annoying mistake was leaving Torres on for as long as they did, the amount of chances that he had to shoot was depressing me that he wasn't even attempting to connect with the ball, I can forgive him to some extent if he was actually firing and missing, but not shooting and hesitating, dribbling yourself into a corner only to get closed down and losing the ball I cannot. All in all a night full of blunders and rather bad style of play considering what we have been used to over the past month or so.. Though as people have been saying, you can't win them all, we need to pull ourselves together, brush ourselves off and come away with 2/2 home wins in the group in the remaining 3 games.

Lol, did you not read what the guy above said? he would have had to have been given permission from Chelsea fc in order to tweet that he would be going to Chelsea. Why, after doing that and following various members of the Chelsea squad AND Chelsea Fc would he then decide to not join us just because it's taken a week for Chelsea to release anything official? These things take time... Have a little patience.
-
Why are you so impatient? Lol, I mean, he's obviously going to sign for us- what good is it going to do just saying "Eden Hazard has signed for Chelsea". It's not going to make any difference he's still not going to be able to play until pre season lol- and it's not even in the transfer window yet, so whenever he signs between now and the transfer window and as long as he gets to train with the team at the first training session then it really doesn't matter when it's announced, does it..? Or am I missing something here?
-
lmao, another closed minded person xD, i'll leave you to get furious as there really is no point having a debate with people like you. . Have fun lad. Torres will prove you wrong .
-
We will just have to see then, I hope Torres starts banging in the goals just so I can prove you doubters wrong. The fact that he didn't get the service he deserved half the time can be used in his defence, how the fuck do you expect him to get any goals when you have players like sturridge who were out on the wing and didn't fucking pass to the bloke. Sturridge is a greedy bastard and was boo'd many times for it when I went to matches. Countless times Torres or Mata would have been inside the box or just outside it in space with Sturridge on the ball and 80% of the time Sturridge would try and take it in on his own and fail. Maybe some of you were expecting Torres to get the ball in our own half and take it all the way up the end of the field and score, but lets be realistic. End of the day you can't really say anything until next season starts / gets underway.. With him being the front man 1st Striker.
-
Sorry but, what the fuck?... Torres has been in and out of the starting line up more than a fucking yoyo goes up and down at the hands of a 10 year old child.... how on earth do you expect him to be able to build up enough momentum to carry on having good games when he just gets yanked out of the team again.... give me a break! Torres works 150% whenever he plays, is always trying to get the ball back and is more of a team player than many in the squad when not getting the service he's always out putting crosses in to the box and laying people on..

Anyone who knows anything about football knows that Hulk isn't a replacement for Drogba and this isn't why we have bought him either, like you said the guy is a right winger, with the ability however to play as a center forward!! There will be no replacement for Drogba.
-
Drog was here for 8 years..
-
Chelsea aren't solely to blame for the manic spending and prices of players though, it's the likes of liverpool and man city and some of the spanish teams also who are making the prices sky rocket. You didn't really expect the prices to stay like they were over the course of 8 years did you? And one more thing in terms of the drogba goals and hulks "lack" of europe, however good hulk is... you are only as good as the team you are playing with, you really think with the team that he is playing with at Chelsea next season he wont be able to pull of special things? he scored 2 goals the other day for Brazil and set up the other on (granted it's just Denmark but still)..
-
And Drogba scored 5 goals in the champions league for Marseille, where are you going with this?... EDIT: and he was 26..
-
Now all we need to hope for is loyalty in future seasons, if we can keep all these players loyal to the cause and wanting to stay at chelsea (which doesn't seem to be hard) then we have potentially set ourselves up for a very good 4-5 seasons with all these guys.
-
I think all you people worrying about FFP would be far better off going to the liverpool boards... they have spent more on Carroll Downing and Henderson who scored how many goals between them last season? 6~ or something? than we have spent on these 2 players who, granted are not in the premier league YET, have more goals and assists per game individually. Plus Liverpool haven't won anything, oh wait the micky mouse cup.... We won the FA Cup and the Champions League and the revenues we will get from those wins over the years will be phenomenal with more exposure = more fans = more merchandise sales / more ticket sales = more revenue. Calm down people and leave it to the professionals (as someone above me stated)

I dont know where these armchair economists get their backing from? I really dont, all they see is the figures that are posted on the internet about the clubs financial standings season on season, the club aren't going to reveal everything and they dont have to, because if they did there would be 100x more posts about FFP.. It's already annoying enough as it is that these people think they know more that the people who have trained and whose job it is to deal with all of these things...
