Just one thing still puzzles me here. Why not Mata ? If this continues, come January, other clubs will try to sign him, as I already read. Him not playing regularly, it diminishes his chances for Spanish national team for Brazil. Then, he might even ask to be released, I feel.

After reading the above story, I do agree with some of those points. However, it´s still an opinion of one reporter. There are plenty of others who think Jose will mold this team into well oiled machine & I hope so.

How do you replace 50m Torres ? As we have seen, Torres stays despite his inability to score, but all others are moved out, Sturridge, Lukaku loaned. To say, Mata could be sold is just plain shortsightedness.

Yes, he was successful at Porto. Who isn´t ? Porto wins it just about every season. Don´t get me wrong, I still believe Jose will turn things around, it´s just for now, Chelsea can´t beat anybody, lately.

Basel´s performance was due to Chelsea´s lack of one. Nothing special. Just a team waiting what will happen. Chelsea were lackluster & Swiss cheeses pounce on it.

As I explain above. Greatness is too strong of a word to be used for Jose, in my opinion. Better than good, perhaps ? Jose was fortunate to come to Chelsea when Roman took over & spent millions. Jose acquired a reputation of a winning coach. Then he proved it in Italy, but partially failed at Real. Success has been very generous to him, but as I said moneybag owners came by & suddenly Jose has a real challenge ahead of him.

Personally, I wouldn´t use those words as " Jose is great." Jose always had plenty of money at his disposal to buy top players. The cream of the crop & he won with them. When he won PL with Chelsea Roman spent around 150m on players. Those days, the other teams were no match, then. Today, plenty of teams bought players & are even better equipped than Chelsea. Let´s see how Jose deals with it.

In Jose we trust, was seen here just about 2 months ago. Now, folks are in doubt about his lineups ? In my view, it´s too early to tell what he´s gonna do. One thing, I know for sure Jose ain´t infallible as we all thought. The summer transfers are the biggest shortcomings on this team, I feel. Two good players were shipped out, but two meaningless signings were brought in. Patience is needed here. Come December, we may see drastic changes on the team, I hope.

What´s there to say about the loss ? Last night´s loss is the result of shitty summer transfer policies. The club spent approximately 60m on unneeded players. Meanwhile, Jose talks about fucking eggs instead of getting the team ready for respective competition. The way I saw it, last night. The new players are not ready, unprepared, uncoordinated, the whole team is dis-harmonized. Meanwhile, Hazard plays on the wing, to no avail. Mata hardly plays & if Jose puts him on, nevertheless he is not ready. The question, what´s next ? More excuses for Jose or Roman gives him 5 more games & sends him packing ?
