yeah and there in lies the problem. we have to keep the ball better or else spurs will put pressure on us. If we go in to that phase of endless Spurs pressure, we are doomed
that is not my point. you misunderstand me. the fa cup is still a great competition. the magic of the fa cup is still exists. but securing champions league football next season is much much more important. some might say they can go 2 games in 3 days but that's not the thing. the squad may be able to play 2 in 3 days but they will be jaded. so rdm has to rotate wisely. we should put out a competitive team, no doubt but if we lead, we should rest a few legs.
i'm just sayin, if it came down to it, i'd rather have a go at barca than spurs. the ucl is the holy grail for a reason. but i think we can win both this year
U have a point, yes, but we have won enough fa cups in the last few years and its not just 2 games in 3 days. its 4 games in 8. There is nothing wrong in prioritizing here. We should have a go at Barca rather than Spurs. Our focus is achieving Champions League football next year, not become Liverpool
Shinji Kagawa is a great passer too. Whenever I watch the highlights of the German league, Kagawa carves open the defence with a toe-poking pass or outside of the boot chip or something. All chelsea do is pass it to the fullbacks and dump the ball into the box, so i think kagawa will be a great signing
