Said it the other day, I highly doubt RB Leipzig would sell Werner in January, even if they get Haaland. They're in the title race and Werner has the European Championship coming up.

People should temper their excitement...Lampard has consistently said Loftus-Cheek is still some way off returning.

Don't think we would need to sell Kepa, unless he really goes off the rails or goes full blown Karius but we arguably need someone to challenge him for the No.1 spot. And heck, get a new GK coach as well!

Kante came out and said recently that he would want to finish his career at Chelsea (or something close to it). Talks of him wanting to leave came from the Spanish media.

I don't include our young players because we already knew about them beforehand. There are players who can make that step up but if people are just gonna assume it's gonna work because it's a left-field signing, then they could be in for a disappointment.

And Kovacic, pretty much.

I haven't watched Ben White before and so, I can't say anything about him but the last few times we signed a complete unknown didn't exactly work out for us, did it? Miazga, Djilobodji to name a few...

That's the risk we take with having young players in these key areas.

Define 'our attack is dreadful'. In terms of getting of Shots and Shots On Target, we're in the Top 3 in both aspects. It's the conversion rate that's hurting us. If you look at the team now, only Abraham, Pulisic and Mount have goals in them. The rest are inconsistent, non-prolific players, players who score only once every while.

Yeah...but based on how the draw panned out, there was a good chance that we could have drawn Atalanta had we finished 1st instead. Atalanta v Valencia was the third tie drawn. Dortmund could have played either us or Valencia, so that didn't matter. Only the second tie could have changed things because Real Madrid finished 2nd and couldn't face Valencia but could have gotten us.

As much as Atalanta would have been the easier tie, it's arguably better to be knocked out by Bayern than Atalanta.
