I know he’s still young and all that but he has really missed some guilt edge opportunities this season. Yesterday’s first half header and the 1-on-1 against Liverpool at the Bridge come to mind. He’s not the only problem but he’s one of the main problems why we aren’t putting chances away and killing teams off.

It doesn't excuse Abraham's profligacy in front of goal. The criticism might be harsh but the fact is, he is a striker and we need him to score goals but he's missing far too many clear opportunities and seemingly need 10 chances to get 1 goal. It's poor.

Had the same, long conversation with someone on Twitter the other day! You are not wrong but on the other hand, if we sort out the attacking issues down the other hand, we would not have to worry too much about conceding. If attacking players don't score, they indirectly put pressure on the defence. If the defence can't defend, they indirectly put pressure on the attackers to score. I'm genuinely curious to see who we're targeting to replace Caballero. Promote Cumming to #2 or buy someone else? If it's the former, it might be worth to just throw him into the fire right now. Can't be any worse than Kepa at this point!

I feel like our attacking play, especially against packed defences, has been become too predictable. It's essentially morphed into dumping crosses into the box and hoping someone somehow converts those crosses. We're hardly opening teams up anymore through passing moves. No shit but we certainly do this sacking and hiring far too often compared to most other clubs. It's tiring and exhausting. No wonder we haven't been able to build any consistent success over the last decade. Success in one season, then crisis in the next.
