I also find it how funny how Ramires is getting written off when he has become one of our big game players. Both Arsenal games, Spurs away, United at home he's been one of the best players on the pitch and not much is said and commented on. Yet after a game where he makes a few misplaced passes and still plays well the criticism comes in, when there were worse players on the pitch (Mata i'm looking at you) and nothing is said
-
He'll prove people wrong eventually like what always happens when a player gets needlessly written off
-
Reckon Marin won't be here after Summer, so an AM/winger would be needed (unless Piazon shows that he's good enough at Malaga). Would prefer a winger though like James Rodriguez with one of KDB or Oscar playing in a deeper position
-
Deserved man of the match
-
His best assets are his dribbling, movement and passing. And you get that from seeing how he's played in the youth teams and being a key figure in the youth cup win. That's where you see that he has talent, and now it's up to him and the coach to make it count. And scoring goals is something that can develop. Bale has only just started developing that side of his game and hazard is still working on getting himself into goalscoring position more often beyond the defence. It's clear that we just rate him differently. As I said I think his vision is at a good level, he's got pace, his dribbling is good and most importantly he works hard and defends as well as gets forward

That applause for piazon shows his good work today. Nice touch from the Malaga fans, hope it continues

Oh god don't get me started on the whole Torres winning a corner thing. You really wan to debate that then PM me. And no they shouldn't be treated equally! Torres has been playing like shot for two years and this is piazon first start against a decent team at a competitive level. If piazon was an experienced pro then it'd be a different story, but he's a youngster coming to grips of playing football in Europe at a competitive level. Not a hard concept to grasp really. The fact you don't he's progressed is your opinion but considering he came in January last year, played a big part in the youth cup, won the young player of the year award, moved to the first team and is now on loan at one of the best clubs is La liga shows massive progression. The fact is the boy has a lot of talent and with the right guidance he could become a star. This was similar of players like kakuta though and so it is hard to tell how far he will get with talent, but for me the early signs have been great. Rather than mock the fans and Lucas just get behind him and appreciate the good work he's done/ is doing
-
Only criticism is that he probably should have stuck at least one of those chances away
-
Torres has been shit for two years and we paid 50m for him. We bought piazon a year ago and he's progressed to a level where he's getting his first start for one of the best teams in la liga and has probably been the best player on the pitch so far. Yet you still continue with your agenda and mock him. When a player has a good game they should get praised, especially on a first start
-
Has had some nice link up play with Isco
-
Yeah not mocking at all...
-
It has nothing to do with taking offence. People want to come here and look for updates on how piazon is playing, not stupid, sarcastic comments trying to mock him. There's just no need

Always been pretty sure that he's coming here
-
Hence why I wrote it as 'La Liga expert' as he's referred too like that on sky sports news at times. Oscar is more than likely going to be used in a deeper role I'm guessing
-
Surprised there's been no mention of this. Graham Hunter who's a 'La Liga Expert' and very reliable as far as I'm aware said on Radio and on TV that Isco is chelsea bound in Summer.

1. See now you are a being clearer in your point. Well the fact that it seems we were desperate to get rid of Danny, gives the impression that something wasn't right behind closed doors. Otherwise we'd have fought to keep him and not sold him so lightly. Gives a bit of credence to the 'attitude' rumours 2. I'm not going to go into this. It's not downtalk to Chelsea. What i've seen from Torres is an inconsistent striker this season. One which isn't good enough to start, but one who can do a job at times. I don't like statistics but it's still a fact that he's scored 15 goals this season which is a decent tally. You obviously disagree 3. Sturridge kept on picking up little knocks. It's hard to play him when that happens As I said earlier, all that's annoying is all of this 'I told you so' business and these comparisons with Torres. We all know Torres is shit. We all know Torres is the one who should have gone by now. We all know that Sturridge has talent. But Sturridge has gone now and he's not our player. Acknowledgement is fine, but it's just better to move on
-
Extremely childish

Everybody know we'd have been better off selling Torres, but we haven't! What's done is done now, having a moan about the same thing over and over again won't change that. Just get over it. Yeah in the long term we have Lukaku, Feruz, Bamford, likely to get a new striker in summer, plus Ba but yet i know little. It's funny how you like to label me clueless but yet have 'selling Danny is our biggest mistake since buying Torres' in your name despite in that period chelsea sacking Rdm, Ancelotti, hiring Benitez etc, but hey i'm clueless. Of course Torres is good enough to be a striking option for us. 15 goals this season and your telling me he's not good enough to be an option. His problem has always been he's not good enough to be our starting striker's as an option to have he's perfectly fine. Yeah he did give us inconsistency. He had a fantastic start last season, but tailed off after January and started missing easy chances which led to him getting dropped and not seeing much game time. He's also just started at liverpool and is keen to impress. Judge him once he's settled and got comfortable and then we'll see how truly great a striker he is. Im certainly not shedding any tears about selling Danny, especially after replacing him with Demba
-
Don't believe me? Look at the reaction on here. Look at the reaction on twitter whenever he scores goals. I was at the Newcastle game and a few people on the train who came to the game with me were having a massive moan about it. 'The Chelsea board are bunch of fuckers' = 'Wenger and Gazidis are clueless' 'We got rid of Sturridge and kept the spanish donkey' = 'We sold Rvp and bought bloody Giroud' I could carry on
-
Yeah ignore the games against Newcastle, Shakhtar etc. Like him or not torres is good enough to be a striker option for us. He's just not good enough to be a starting striker. Sturridge is gone now, there's nothing we can do. We should be fine in the striker department long term. We got Ba in who's a better striker and have a better striker prospect in our ranks. Players like Drogba and Anelka gave us trophies while Sturridge gave us inconsistency for a year, yet you don't see half the moaning for them being sold. That's what annoys me. Our reaction to Sturridge going is like what Arsenal's with RVP has been, but at least there's is justified considered he's been sold to a rival and is the best striker on the planet
-
Yeah we have Ba as a first choice who's been one of the best strikers in England since coming to the country and Torres who despite being shit has got 15 goals this season and is good enough to be a back up striker (even if you don't like him). We also have Lukaku out on loan who's starting to blossom and are likely to sign Falcao or Cavani in summer. Not to mention young Feruz who's been scoring for fun in the youth teams
-
Wayne Bridge is having a fantastic season at Brighton. The Chelsea board are a bunch of idiots
