  1. Or maybe even magnificent Aye, it is an excellent record, although 100 unbeaten home league games sounds all the more impressive.
  2. He had a good debut, but looks like he got injured
  3. Maybe so, but he has undoubted ability. A season long loan at PSV where he will play in European competition regularly will benefit him.
  4. Pizarro is a good player and I like him, although we could get £5 million for him if we sold him, which is a profit.
  5. Saturday, 02 February 2008 Birmingham v Derby, 15:00 Blackburn v Everton, 15:00 Liverpool v Sunderland, 17:15 Man City v Arsenal, 12:45 Portsmouth v Chelsea, 15:00 Reading v Bolton, 15:00 Tottenham v Man Utd, 15:00 Wigan v West Ham, 15:00 Sunday, 03 February 2008 Fulham v Aston Villa, 16:00 Newcastle v Middlesbrough, 13:30 All predictions must be in by midday 2nd February for 2 February fixtures and midday 3rd February for 3 February fixtures
  6. Scores BlueLion - 20 points DavidEU - 22 points Elliott - 24 points OllieCFC - 20 points STEV30 - 18 points Adam.k - 16 points Mungii - 14 points
  7. Portsmouth vs Chelsea Chelsea travel to Fratton Park looking for their 10th consecutive win in all competitions. Chelsea emerged 2-0 victors the last time these two sides met, with Ivorian duo Salomon Kalou and Didier Drogba netting for the Blues. But with both teams affected by the African Cup of Nations, who will emerge as the hero as both sides look to consolidate their league standings?
  8. Reading Home, Premier League Despite another strong Chelsea performance, scoring was low in the prediction league for this midweek game. With many predicting a more open game and Nicolas Anelka to break the deadlock, they were left disappointed as Chelsea emerged victors thanks to Michael Ballack's winner - but only BlueLionSenior was left smiling after the final whistle. Gaining an impressive five points, BLS is now 16th in the table despite missing the majority of games prior to November. The only move at the top saw T.T. gain pole position as Mungii dropped points following his excellent predicting form, although still only three points seperate first from fifth, with BlueLion currently on 89 points. PaulHopkins gained his first points of the season whilst Elliott is now just three points off seventh position thanks to his two points gained this evening. Things remain as tight as ever.
  9. Will write a match report tomorrow chaps.
  10. The first person to find me a picture of Benitez's face when the penalty was given gets a cookie.
  11. You're on the death list j/k Liverpool have dropped more points, I still fancy them for the title. Wet Spam won it in the last minute.
  12. Full-time, three points. Just what we wanted, 9 wins consecutively in all competitions - an equalled club record.
  13. I'll eat my shoe if he does. *Tempting fate usually works *
  14. Reading have a freekick in a dangerous position. Oster fires over.
  15. Get Malouda off and bring on Scott Sinclair or Pizarro Pizarro comes on for the number 15.
  16. Anelka heads goalwards, excellent save by the goalkeeper
  17. You kidding? The physio's gloves were red
  18. Cunt tries to decapitate Alex but fails.
  19. Clash of heads for Ricardo, he may have to go off. Ben Haim is warming up
  20. SHAUN! For god sake, why does he shoot straight at the goalkeeper all the time?
  21. Another goal from him would be fantastic, it is important we sink this Reading team early in the second half.
