I'm not going to sit here and pretend I'm his biggest fan - frankly I've never really been that impressed when I've seen him. But what I have seen is incredibly limited; I don't watch the Portuguese League and very rarely watch the Europa League. However the prospect of signing someone exciting like him is really getting me in the mood.

Easily the hardest one. Sh0n3x, you've been brilliant this year - so much hard work and you have also made the step up as a staff member. Steve has just been Steve; ridiculously active and easily the biggest Chelsea fan I know; pleasure to have met him last year. And Jaimin is top quality as a poster and even better as a guy. I've had a lot of great discussions with all three... But my vote is going to go to Steve based on his dedication to the club and also the hard work he does as a staff member and also in the media section. All three are great candidates though.

I feel honoured to be nominated for this considering the calibre of posters that Sam and LDN are. Both are great guys and would make deserving winners.

Steve has this in the bag (no idea why, he's a cock ), but my vote goes to Jim. We all obviously work really hard but the stuff this kid does for you guys is incredible. I wish you knew the extent he goes to to ensure this place is running for us all - even us staff members sometimes fail to recognise just how big a job he does. Great lad too.
