You cant know, its down to Roman & the new manager after all, I still think he'll go at the end of the season, because if he stays, it will only mean another difficult year for Chelsea Football Club & prove again that our board are simply idiots.
-
I'll do it simple, there are two scenarios, 1- Frank Lampard reduce his wages, José Mourinho comes back, and we'll have a very good season, Frank Lampard wont be a starter, but will still play some good matches for José & the team. We'll win again, just like the old good days. 2- Frank Lampard goes, José comesback, and we'll have a very good season too. That's what I think, there are no irony, I fully believe players like him should finish here, just like Giggs is doing at United for an example, I believe his leadership isnt only on the pitch, I think its better to have a player like Frank Lampard around everyday at training, to go in a competition with him, he is a motivator, he know football, and could also at times save our ass like he did against Everton. For the club, to have such a legend to be proud of is also good, the fans loves him and he makes the Bridge sing, if that is not Leadership, I dont know what it is. Now talking about wages, its down to the club, I respect what you said, and I agree, we are living in 2013 and with these new rules we cant pay him that much, but as I said before, there are two scenarios. "The irony of your last few posts on this topic is quite funny actually." So that's it, you finished your lines with this one just to bite me, well done sir, you won, after all, its opinion.

Open your ears and listen to me, I wont repeat. You are talking about Frank Lampard, not Fernando Torres, Frank Lampard deserves everything he has now at the club, Frank Lampard is our greatest player, Frank Lampard has massive wages for you ? I dont care, simply because he won us titles and made us what we are today. Fernando Torres also have big wages, and he costs us how much ? Could you please remember me how much he costs ? Because you are talking about wages like you are paying Frank, but you are not paying him, its the club, he wants to reduce his wages and continue at a top club, could you respect this at least ? Frank Lampard should not be criticized simply because he is playing in a position he cant deal with, do you understand ? He is a 34 Years old box to box midfielder, you dont expect from him too much, and that boy, you seem to forget. I think you are simply living in some world where we must only keep players who performs, its false, there are certain players special, who must stay, Frank Lampard is our heart, he, since he signed, represents perfectly the Chelsea way, the Chelsea mentality, he is a leader, you cant deny this.Do you want to talk about his performance as a 34 yld box to box out of position midfielder in a shitty team changing managers every three months ? I wont blame him, because at his age he cant do much : to do what he excels in, and that is score goals, he needs a team who is good, balanced, with a style of play and an established manager, he cant now run, tackle, pass & score, If you think that he still can contribute, you are totally wrong, I think, you should change your view of him, and be far less exigent toward him because he is playing this season only because there are no one good there, I think there are too many new supporter who doesn't respect him, simply because he isnt good, and this is not the correct attitude at all.

Its inevitable mate, but hey, at times, come here and share your ideas, I dont want to have the same speech you had earlier There are still some good posters here
-
Show some respect for this player, he shouldn't be criticized at all in fact.
-
You know mister, I had the same problem in another forum, that's why I moved here, some adorable members there stopped posting due surely to circumstances, and now for me its a dead place, I hope you wont have the same feeling here.
-
Lampard was a starter, is a starter, will always be a starter, he wont accept the bench, that's why I think he'll leave.
-
Yeah, the men on the left will replace the men on the right and everybody will be happy. :cfc: REALITY : We'll have Pellegrini.

Sorry, this is TalkChelsea.Rafael Benitez isnt a part of the Chelsea family. He'll go at the end of the season because he is an mediocre coach who won nothing important since 2006.
-
Mourinho can fix this.

"I trust this team. We'll at least equalize, they wont attack now, they cant surpass themselves to victory here, that's my feeling, they'll lose." Wise words, who said that at half time ?
-
I trust this team. We'll at least equalize, they wont attack now, they cant surpass themselves to victory here, that's my feeling, they'll lose. THANK YOU CHELSEA
-
Own goal But we'll win this one, i'm confident, we are better than them.
-
I'll comeback at the end of the match cheering the solid clean sheet of this defence :tophat: GOOD MATCH !
-
Dzeko's goal   They played very very well that day, dommage !
-
Of course, but I also think Rafael Benitez made the good choices, Iva'-Luiz is a solid defensive partnership, to be honest, I like this duo, they never played bad, and against a revived team a solid attacking display is the best choice rather than waiting the opponent to play. "Looking for likes?" = What "Likes" gives you here ?
-
I hope you are right With his national team he is brilliant, that's 100 % true, I remember he played against France, he was their best player, he also played against us, but I dont even want to talk about that game
-
Claude Puel at that time was simply doing shit with him, I must concede that, however, I wasnt impressed with him when I watched him with Roma, but it was under the first crazy manager that was Zeman, I think he isnt made for the Premier League, he isnt good at defending, he rarely tackle, he has a good vision he has the abitlity to shoot from long range but I feel he could be much better, I feel, that he isnt ready, and wont supasses himself for the sake of the team, i deeply feel that he cant rise his game, that's why he isnt Chelsea level. And about Guardiola, if he can play a starter at Bayern next season, I will send you a personal message telling you that my view of him is totally wrong, until this time, we'll see what happens.
-
That's why he is playing for Roma. I saw him at Lyon a lot of times, he can be world class two weeks, and amateur the next two weeks, he may be a better solution than Lamps in the pivot, but he isnt the type of player we need.
-
Not Chelsea level.
-
"Robbie didnt won us two titles" "Im not downplaying him" Logic. Yes I know what you'll write, he didnt literally won us two titles, but he played a major part in it, and to say he had the same impact & touch that Avram had is for me, idiot.

" RDM had time enough to implement his ideas, at least he got much more time than Benitez." Completely wrong, I'll give the example of Dortmund and Jurgen Klopp, how much time he needed to become twice champion ? And Allegri with his new squad this year ? And Ancelotti with PSG ? And Pep with Barcelona ? Managers need seasons, not months. " Robbie didnt won us two titles, in same way Avran Grant did not made Chelsea reach the UCL final back in 08." Well, it was clear we were heading to the final under AVB, this is just incredible, and you are a CFC supporter I guess ? Who changed the formation ? Who changed the mentality ? Who made crucial decisions ? I dont even want to talk more, to compare our win with the loss under Avram is crazy. "Im not sure the squad last season was less talented in terms of competitiveness" Well I'm sure this squad is better in term of talent, surely not in the mentality. "our post ended with you asserting that we now playing with long balls, you should watch more games and understand more about tactics. " That's why you are here, to tell me where I'm wrong.Show me our style of football.

No, he'll comeback, we lack options, José is available, its all down to him, our board are "forced" to talk to him, if he doesnt accept the job, that means he was lying.

"Well I think that depends on the game and match we're playing" Exactly, this season we really lacked variety in our game, in our formations, in our approach, and that is killing me.Mikel-Luiz could be used against some teams, and Ramires-Lampard against other, there is also the Ramires-Luiz option so overall, we have flexibility, but not the mind that translate that on the pitch, and that's what i'm expecting of the best tactician of this last decade, José can fix Mikel by switching to a four-three-three like the Ancelotti's days, or stick with the pivot but change the mentality of the player, its down to him, and I have trust in him.For me, because he has a good placement on the pitch, flair, he must play as the loan DM in a 433/4-3-2-1 or 4/1/2/1/2 like Galatasaray played last match.Tactically he is good, he knows when to tackle and when to not, but I just feel he could become world class, he has the qualities, he need the consistency, and to add some combativity which is needed in the PL.
