You may or may not agree with me but I believe that the Bundesliga is second only to the EPL in terms of competition. People go on and on about how physical the EPL is, but it really isn't that bad. I would say the French Ligue 1 is more physical even though competition isn't the same, the huge emphasis on defence and holding midfielders can be very harsh on players. Nontheless there are many young players in the Bundesliga that I would be over the moon about joining Chelsea and Vidal is one of them.
