i agreed with u that lampard is no where near his best n not the best option for starting too... but to say that he provides nothin is outrageous...
-
hahahaha... i know i become highly paranoid and defensive when it comes to drogba but i definitely wont take "i m sick of lampard n he provides nothin" lying down...
-
we ve rated the players on their performance but what about AVB.... 1) Started with kalou. 2)Substitued kalou at 32 mins.(however bad kalou maybe playin but he still needs to be shown some respect. what avb did was embarassing and demoralising to any player in the world. this is definitely not the way to get the best out of a player) 3)Played lampard whole 90 mins again. 4)Did not sustitute torres earlier(well started with torres can be another point). {5) Some might say that giving alex a preference over iva was another mistake but after his stoke performance i would definitely have gone with alex.}
-
first of all i hope u dont forget tat lampard should ve won a penalty at stoke for us... today too he had a penalty appeal right before the goal... it was his first touch tat saw anelka thru n one on one wid foster tat he screwed... i m not arguin tat lamps has gone way below his best n tat he should be used more as a sub than bein played 90 mins every week but to say tat lamps does not give anythin in the mid is a foolish statement to say the least...
-
r u sure u saw chelsea vs wba...
-
agreed on everythin except one thing dude... do u really think a striker who is not able to score against a defense of wba at stamford bridge can go to old trafford n change all of his luck... the problem is not ven scorin a goal but the fact tat he did not even ve a decent chance(which drogba did because of his run n on most days he would ve scored it)... tat is wat is worryin...
-
of course i do n i did... i m not defendin the miss... i m tellin u the difference between drogba n torres play... torres is almost stationary n not a target man... while drogba is n tat is y we could get tat chance... n wen torres plays the way he does( no movement) the defence line is maintained and our already sucky wingers can do absolutely nothin... also torres likes to create chances which he is unable to.... so for me drogba should be startin n torres should be the sub...
-
precisely... so y r we persisting with torres... its about chelsea not torres... we are unable to get anythin out him n by benchin drogba we r definitely infuriating him... no one here is new to drogba's antics n i dont think we can let drogba go in the winter...
-
drogba missed a goal because he made a run towards the goal n became a target man instead of just sendin alongside the defenders of the other team unlike torres... plus wat GOAL did torres create??? scratch tat wat half chance did torres create???
-
well said dude...
-
for me drogba pushin the ball away n wastin some precious seconds(foster's last kick of the match) is a bigger thing then goin past 2 defenders n then instead of puttin a thru ball to a player just losin the ball to a 3rd defender...
-
drogba did as much in 30 mins as torres did in 60... at least he can keep a move goin by playin it to another player instead of just losin the ball or fallin down in vain...
-
scrappy win to sum up the match... individually every1 was far from even good(except jose n ramires)... lamps was at his best when he was playin closer to the wba D n showin us his true class with first touches(but he has really become slow)... anelka was poor but lucky... torres was invisible... IN ALL FAIRNESS KALOU WAS NOT AS BAD TO BE SUBSTITUTED AT 33 MINS.... tat was plain embarrasing for the player n avb should know better... however he plays he is still a chelsea player n this is no way to get the best out of him... alex was guilty of concedin a stupid goal... terry, cole n mikel were their normal self... but kudos to RAMIRES on his performance... not to forget even hilario was not tat bad... to sum it below average performance... hilario 7 jose 8 alex 6 terry 7 cole 7 mikel 7.5 ramires 8 lampard 7 anelka 6.5 kalou 6.5 malouda 7 torres 6.5 drogba 7
-
i dont think we should play mikel this match... but instead of playin our 4-3-3 we should try 4-2-3-1 (which we did against kitchee in pre season)... so jose-alex-terry-cole;lampard-josh; ramires,benayoun,anelka;drogba.... jose chosen ahead of iva because i feel we wont be doin much defendin and with 2 holdin we would be havin enough cover...
-
motm of the last match alright... but wat was his competition... the great pair of kalouda or an agein lamps (with all due respect)... all i want is for chelsea to win... if tat means changin the striker who was the motm of the last match for a better striker than no doubt that should be done...
-
avb said cech was injured for 3-4 weeks... does it mean tat he ll be available for the manu game???
-
thank u...
-
his best game in cfc shirt just got us a draw... so pardon me if i am putting the thought of cfc before just one of its player...
-
read the complete context in which the statement was made before just blabbin...
-
no i meant the corner in which all torres was able to hit was air...
-
i hope drogba starts instead of torres... plus lamp should be used as a sub instead of bein played for 90 mins... plus i want to ask if lukaku has already joined us or still has to...
-
first of all... point perfect cross to kalou was the only thing he did which was my mistake as i thought it was ramires.... secondly this was not the first match since last season tat we had shitty wing play and no creativity from mid... last season drogba had to play as a winger, striker and play maker and he made us win matches, if everythin in life was picture perfect then every season would be like 09-10 where the strikers would be fed with goals in every match... but tats not life ... thirdly the miss from the corner where torres absolutely miss judged the ball was not embarising???
-
torres played well but as an individual not as a chelsea player... his only contribution to a move which did not end with him was the cross to ramires... against stoke drogba would ve been way more influential than torres ever was... drogba winnin the free kick while on his ass was evident enough... plus some of torres's misses were embarassing
-
y was torres chosen ahead of dd in a match which is definitely not for the faint hearted... i d really like to know the answer to this question...
-
its just the first match of the season... plus stoke away is never easy... we ll be up and running in no time guys... trust in blue blood
