Yeah, but Josh has had Carling Cup starts and numerous substitution appearances and he now regularly trains with the first team. Conor ticks none of those boxes. I'm not saying he should never be featured, but definately not ready for a start yet. Try him in the last 30 mins of a few games and then we can decide whether he warrants a start.

He has no experience playing at this level, and his loan spell was a disaster. If he had a good loan spell then you could have a case. He could maybe get a few late substitutions at best, until he proves his worth. He hasn't even been featured at all in Carling Cup games and stuff, so absolutely no experience at all. Can't throw him straight into the deep end even if he seems mature for his age.

Billy is out for the season and Conor is definately not ready for first team appearances yet.

It's pretty funny how Arsenal's youth team is full of beasts while ours is full of rather small yet skillful players. I think we will advance to the final as well. The boys never give up and have shown they have real quality. I am also impressed with Adam Nditi, he's only like 15 and has looked very good.

He is very very young so once he joins us we can assess the situation and develop him our way. Our youth setup is very good now, a lot of youth players are doing very good. I think he will turn be good for us.

I think Kalou is our 3rd best penalty taker on the team. Always seems calm under pressure and always put its out of reach.
