  1. Ah yeah my bad. I didn't want especially to imply that they were ignoring him. To sum up, they didn't apply his orders for X or Y reason. Whether they did that because they ignore him, or because they are unable to apply his orders, I do not know. Though I am agree with you, they are just incapable to respond to his expectations. Because you know, you can't evolve Malouda, Anelka and co, they ain't pokémons.
  2. * facepalm * And me, I know this journalist, I konw he doesn't work for Canal+, and I know the kind of person he is. I listen to him very often, and... Oh wait. If you people wanna use the "journos don't like Chelsea blabla...". I have already state how he said that, in what situation. If you want to believe it is primary anti-Chelsea, good for you... I just know he doesn't tell bullshit.
  3. If think I have been misunderstood. During a game, you see teams are changing their game, they start to play faster, slower, put more pressure, etc... That is not because in their mind they are saying "oh, why not play that way ?". No, that is the coach telling them to do so. What the journalist was implied there, that is - for example (I'll take a false exemple, just to show you) - when André Villas-Boas was telling to X to stay on the leftside and to stop to coming on the right, this X wasn't listening to him and was keeping to come on the right. I do not know if I expressed myself in a clear way.
  4. No, this is a serious journalist in whom I have confidence. He only works for serious newspapers, like France Football. And it really isn't his kind to make story out of nothing. He was only responding to someone on a radio's blog. Anyway, I just though I'd post that here, so if you wanna think it is bullshit and irrelevant, do so lmao. To my eyes, it is woth to be noticed and mentioned.
  5. LOL. André Villas-Boas wasn't chating with his players about their dealy life lmao. And if it is normal to do not listent to your coach during the game, so what's the point for a coach to be on the sideline ? Ahah yeah, I didn't think a second that "to bawl" implied to cry or stuff lol.
  6. Hmm... Bawling -> shout/yell/scream. To give his orders..
  7. Don't be worried. We will buy another off-form striker for £30m+ while Lukaku will bang goals wherever he will be lol.
  8. A journalist who was at the Bridge saturday, and was sat at ~15 yards from Boas : Interesting..
  9. If it is true that Stoke have approached Chelsea for Lukaku, then they are quite dumbs. Didn't they know the law which forbids that kind of move ? LOL.
  10. We should loan Torres instead.
  11. To be possible, yes it is possible. Though, I believe this league will be created under only one condition/circumstance : if Platini tries to fuck with the big clubs, ie if the Financial Fair Play and the other things he might do are too much a pain in the ass for those clubs. I mean, I do not think that one of the current top team would accept to be disqualified from the UCL, or just even be handicaped by the FFF. So, if too much big teams are bothered with UEFA's financial laws, then this super league might be created. Otherwise, I do not think that clubs are interested. Indeed, I do think they rather play in a two/three horses race league and win trophies than to play in a super league and win once in a while. Who the hell would like to play in the same league that Barça
  12. Yeah, buy a box-to-box if we can't buy a playmaker... This logic strikes me.
  13. I think back then, all that "happiness" (do not know if it's the right word...) was more due to the fact that we were about to buy a big name and due to all media's stories/news around this transfert, than anything else.
  14. Anyone has a decent stream, please ? Can't find one.. édit : I found one.
  15. Thanks God you aren't the Chelsea manager.
  16. Well done. Where are young going to study ?
  17. @ Domino : For fuck sake, stop posting like this...
  18. Though Claude was actually a world-class player.
  19. For fuck sake... This deal is on since when ? June ? Our negociators must be on heroin.
  20. He is the white version of Malouda. He is a left winger, who cuts inside to shoot at any occasion.
  21. You hit the nail on the head. I've come to think that it's actually our biggest problem. Whenever one of our players passes the ball, he stays where he is like a statue. And the players who are up front of the passer are also doing that. Hence, nobody makes himself available to receive the ball. And as a matter of fact, as the passer is unable to pass to a player in front of him, because they are all marked by their defender, he will have to pass the ball behind him or make a side pass. If our players were making themselves available to receive the ball, even with our lack of creativity and passing skill, our game would be more vertical. Had Xavi in our team, the problem would be more or less the same, since he will have nobody up front of him to who pass the ball, and will have to make a side pass... The bottom line is, to my eyes, before fixing our passing skill problem, we should first of all fixe our problem of movement. Of course, I on the other hand think we should also have more skillful players in our starting eleven, especially in our midfield. But with our current set of players, to make them more mobile is a necessity.
  22. No worries, I gotta admit it is kinda hard to translate what Ribery says How delusional he is. He is a good player, but he isn't any near of the top players.
