You are right about Essien, but i think that Mikel is better than him. He needs less touches. He knows what his next move will be. Player like Christian Eriksen would be very welcome here. I watched him play for Ajax a little bit, and he was fantastic. He was pulling all the strings for them. Midfielders like that know how to control your attack, and imo we lack right that.
