  1. Good that we are rather save with that. We have a lot of young players on long contracts. We done our business to fight hyperinflation.
  2. Sterling is very experienced, and, funny enough, our worst attacker.
  3. Goretzka said he will definitely stay at Bayern.
  4. Exactly. He just waited for Pool to get some money in.
  5. CuCu for CB and Maatsen for LB 🙃😏 Just kidding! I mean - CuCu has played as CB in both preseason matches so far...maybe Poch is considering this 😂
  6. So WH bid was 40, Chelsea wants 50, 45 it is then
  7. It was also a genious move to reduce the wage bill that drastically, because first it helps the club to safe a lot of money and secondly these players also have a financial motivation to perform well, with a decent available margin of pay rises.
  8. I heard that Cherki is off the market bc Lyon feels they can ask for way more next season.
  9. Better keep him as midfielder nr5. than sell him for peanuts in this overinflated market, which 37m really is. We dont need money. Better have a HG player as emergency backup than a non HG tbh. We cant sell all our HGs. People wanna sell Chalobah, Gallagher, Sterling, we sold Mount, RLC, will sell CHO. We only have 6 HGs left: James, Chalobah, Chilwell, Sterling, Gallagher, Broja. If we sell Gallagher and send Broja on loan its 4. So basically we can only have a 21 man squad, leaving no room for Kudus, Cherki, another GK and so on. At least the club targets Olise, who is homegrown. We need to keep that HG situation in mind, especially when people talk about selling Chalobah and Sterling. We have a lot of players that are under 21 which makes it kinda save for this season - but we gotta watch out for that
  10. Not so close yet, only on their list so far
  11. He is homegrown, English, young, with a lot of workrate. Brighton would ask 60m for him minimum. We dont need the money, so only sell for a lot of money.
  12. Not sold von Amrabat tbh. He was great at the WC, but so was Ziyech. His league ratings and stats are very average, wasnt even a starter before last season and even last season he wasnt a nr1 fix starter, only having 11 league games with 90 mins, so having 1 average season at Fiorentina, naah.
  13. And find another CB that late in the transfer window? Clubs will fuck us again, asking for 80m for fucking Maguire level CBs
  14. I really dont understand Brighton in this case. Its harming their own business model. Every young player that joins Brighton and aims to go to a bigger club in the future will think twice before signing a contract extension without a reasonable release clause in it if they see how hard it is for Caicedo to actually make the move and how bitchy these cunts are and how valid handshake agreements are at this club. Hope that haunts them in the future.
  15. They have become so cocky and arrogant after getting to EL, nothing seen like that tbh. I mean Union Berlin will play Champions League next season and they just act as normal. Brighton think they are a big club now lol
  16. I hope he does after the 80m+ bid we will submit in a few days. Because this is our limit it seems and if a deal cant be agreed then, Caicedo has to show he really wants the move.
  17. And I feel like we have that a lot now within the team. The owners tried to change things too quickly and made a looot of mistakes along the way, but now I can see their vision and plan for Chelsea and I have to say I like it. We basically are Ajax on steroids. Young, hungry talents, a team with ambition, no room for complacency anymore. That helps to establish a connection between fans and players, and it also helps fans to identify much more with the players. Chelsea twitter can be very toxic, but the amount of love players like Jackson or Angelo are getting already, that early in their Chelsea career, just shows that.
  18. Never heard anything like that from Pavertz
