This vote will only block a multi club ownership from sending a loaned player from one of their other teams to the PL but still leave it so owners of PL teams can loan players out to their teams outside the PL. It is almost like Boehly is writing the terms. That is how they have been conducting business. How do you put that back in the box when half the PL owners already have multi clubs?

Some of this is for this multi club model. They will probably try to acquire another team by the January transfer window.
