Somehow I have more faith in Graham producing against the low block than Tuchel did. Tuchel really did not have an answer for it either. Unless you count high crosses after high crosses from the wingbacks and corner kicks a sound strategy. We needed more play from the forward positions. the interactions you see from Man City and Liverpool in those situations.

Matt Law is detailing that Tuchel pretty much refused to embrace any of the changes that Clearlake were trying to make to bring a more collaborative approach to Chelsea. Tuchel wanted to be isolated to do his own thing and was not cooperating with them on transfers. The speculation that the players went to the board is wrong. It was a rift between the owners and Tuchel.

This talk about the players might not respond to Potter, if you watched the game yesterday, they were just standing around so they surely were not responding to Tuchel. I don't see Poch being any better. It is also quite silly to say that Boehly knows nothing about football. It probably means people that say it know nothing about his past and his level of interest in the game. He is fan level for sure, but you would need to be blind not to see the woeful football that was being played at the end of last season and this season. Nicking a goal to win games when the entire focus is defense is terrible. Add to that our defense has been terrible.

I don't think KK needs improvement. He needs to learn, as well as the rest of our back line, how to play together.

Graham has a release clause in his contract. If we pay it, he can leave today. It has already been communicated to Brighton that the clause will be paid if there is an agreement on contract.

Those years did he have top players to compete? I think when a manager comes in with a clear plan, the level of players that we have will respond quickly. the new manager bounce is all well and good, but you have to have the players to make it happen.

I can still appreciate Tuchel, but honestly playing our players out of position and attempting to make every player a wingback was getting very tiresome. We buy the best players at their positions, we might get the best out of them at those positions.

It will be interesting to see how Tuchel handles the criticism. I don't see us being a club that sacks a manager at the first sign of trouble anymore. It will be Tuchel for at least the rest of the season. I think the wheels would have to really fall off for him to be sacked this season.
