What I did find interesting though is how you put Dan Levene on the same level as a Sky or BBC, and then laugh when someone quotes someone like Di Marzio (who you also somehow put on the same level as Palmeri?), who actually has a proven track record in reporting transfers before they've actually been done. For me, Dan Levene reporting that Chelsea might be interested in Pogba changes nothing - if Sky or BBC reported it however it would be massive news... but each to their own I guess.

PS. Him saying we're interested in Pogba isn't new news at all, everyone knows that Pogba is a player that is interesting to CFC, we've been rumoured with him for quite a while now... What Dan is reporting is nothing new or ground breaking.

Dan is certainly a good journo and Blues Chronicle is an okay read, but that has nothing to do with him actually being a top source CFC-wise. I can't remember him ever actually reporting CFC transfer news ahead of other outlets. Hence why I said he doesn't know much.

To be honest - Suarez has shown at Liverpool that he's willing to not be the main guy up top (i.e. Sturridge is their main goal scorer). I can see it working fine. Messi is going to be a number 10 next season with Neymar and Suarez flanking him. Neymar - Suarez Messi Iniesta - Rakitic Busquets Awesome front 6. But as you said, who knows if they'll gel?

Because when Fabregas was in London for his commercial, reputable sources in Spain were already heavily linking him with a move to Stamford Bridge, whilst we haven't heard anything reputable about Pogba in weeks. Not at all. There has been NO reputable sources coming out about Pogba whatsoever. We might have been linked with him but none of those links were there as strongly as Fabregas'. Sure, we weren't linked until it was general news that he'd leave Barcelona for a PL club, but as soon as that news came out we were being linked with him already, quite strongly by some Spanish papers, and a few days after he was then in London doing his commercial stuff. There hasn't been a solid Pogba rumour out there for weeks. Not comparable to me at all.

A lot of reputable sources in Spain were reporting the Cesc deal, with Pogba all we've seen is a couple of photos he took with people in west London. You can't compare the two situations.

Don't rate Debuchy at all sorry. I personally think he's a downgrade to Sagna. Koscielny was one of the best CBs in the PL last season. Ask any Arsenal fan who they think is their best defender in that back line and the majority by far will say Koscielny.
