Confidence will destroy a player, no confidence no basics, only way I can put is it, imagine been terrified of heights and some is telling you to stand on the edge of a 100ft drop and look down, that's what been given the ball feels like when you have no confidence.

These comments are harsh, I think you will find been a mid table manager is a harder job than been a top 4 manager, course he deserves to be here, he's worked his way up the system and landed a top job, fair play to the man. Just because you see a new squad of talented players doesn't mean they should play beautiful football from the off.
