  1. ££££££$$$$$$$kerching kerching
  2. Maybe.....we all know that Simeone protects the back 3rd tactically very well and obviously drills his players into that thought process. But am glad you didnt have to bring in othet factors such as a Joe Cole interview to support your point ;-)
  3. You dont get it do you. We are not talking about which team is better in attack.......we are talking about which manager has a more defensive thought process. Courtois said they are similar but Simeone thinks more defensively.
  4. Am afraid this is where different ways of expressing English mean different things.Joe Cole as a Chelsea supporter was saying that like a 'whatever' statement. Wasnt agreeing at all
  5. So he didnt actually say it did he.And you are confusing the way they think ( whst Courtous was alluding too) with the way their teams play at this moment in time
  6. He actually didnt say they were the best or biggest clubBut anyway, back on point with Courtois and Mourinho....dont think he was saying it to please one club over another as he praised them both All he said was that Simeone is more defensive minded which is not a criticism at all. And as he knows both men personally and their thought process with training, then I suggest he knows more than you or I
  7. Joe Cole refused to use the Liverpool script and was led into saying something he had no intention of sayinghttp://metro.co.uk/2014/07/27/joe-cole-says-liverpool-thought-they-were-bigger-than-chelsea-4812154/
  8. Dont shoot the messenger....But Simeone = hope for Costa
  9. Didn't Courtois say something along the lines of Simeone and Mourinho being similar but the Atletico coach is more defensive minded? Good grief....didn't realise that was possible
  10. Interesting read on the theory of 3+ year cycles of clubs and managers and their downfalls. The author says some things that pretty much ring true with Mourinho and Chelsea http://www.theguardian.com/sport/blog/2012/may/02/the-question-great-teams-end
  11. Guardiola is a believer in this 3 year cycle malarkey. He was reluctant to do a 4th at Barca. If he came here or off to Utd, City etc he would only give 3 years.
  12. Thought they needed to have "Holland" stamped in their passports first
  13. Throw enough shit and eventually some will stick
  14. Can we just refer to him as Guardiola unless he becomes our man? Pep is too personal and friendly for someone who has mugged us off before in several ways and isn't one of us. Next we will be referring to the Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool managers by their first names as well
  15. Why are all these links being out up naming different managers by different media sources? None of them know....most got the story about a meeting wrong and even the same newspapers are changing their minds every few hours. Even the compensation package stories are guesswork ranging from 136k a week gardening leave to a 40m pay off.....yet again, no one knows. Bet if we did a count up of everyone linked, there would be approaching 20 names by now...possibly more.
  16. Have your beef with Chelsea TV.......they were the ones asking the questions
  17. 100% record as a Chelsea manager ;-)
  18. yeah...its weird. You would think only Mourinho has played him there ;-)
  19. lurking in the background.Could it be return of Mr. Toad?
  20. ooooh..the bounder. What a rotter eh! ;-)
  21. just said he was the best...never mentioned the world.
  22. who said he was best rb in the world?
  23. but under Mourinho last year voted in team of the year by his peers
