  1. First of all, schedule doesn't mean anything. They haven't played many good teams lately and they haven't been winning. The more good, young players they can get, the better. Second, Kakuta, Borini, and Sturridge can't play at the same time or each game. Aguero gives them a player that can play every game if needed and with the youngsters if Anelka needs a game off. Third, management has already said Di Santo will be staying at Blackburn for the rest of the year. Fourth, The money spent on Aguero is for the future. It's not like they are spending 40 mil on a guy just as a replacement for January. He is a long term solution to the aging of Drogba and Anelka.
  2. Ballack or Deco. They both are overrated, aging players that were once good with other teams. They have not played to the expectations of the contracts that they signed at Chelsea. They just take up space and don't create anything.
  3. Now that Sturridge is apparently fully fit and training, can we expect to see him in a couple games? Kalou is back, Borini has shown he has talent, and Kakuta may get time even though he has been playing at the tip of the diamond. I have been waiting to watch Sturridge a little more. He has shown flashes of great play just struggling to finish a little bit.
  4. You know I want to get a Kakuta jersey, but I am afraid he will change his number soon. I am sure he will not stick with 44 in years to come. What number can you see him wearing?
  5. He is actually been falling out of the first team. There have been some problems between him and Hughes. He has had some problems this year with positioning and consistancy, but he is still very young. I think he is still an option to consider. We don't have much depth on the outside.
  6. I know there were rumours a couple weeks ago about Chelsea's interest in Richards, but after watching him today you have to think he would be a big target. He was a beast today. He did everything perfect on D and really supported on Offense when it came to set pieces. He would be a great young addition to the D.
