I was just at the bank earlier and thought maybe a private True Blue forum where all donators could chat. Might help out a bit.

Back when I was a kid people used to donate for a coloured username on a forum haha so I think it would hopefully but maybe a trial of it.

Maybe a bar like the moderator / admin or the donated one whichever looks better, but True Blue with a different design like maybe the forum thread title style with the chelsea blue logo. Or a sparkly blue username (Not a fan myself but people when I managed Vbulletin forums used it) or even better a Chelsea lion in blue next to the username. Or a colour usergroup, like you have pink for banned, purple for moderators, blue for admins. So maybe like a lighter blue to match or a Chelsea Yellow (Like our away kit). Just a few ideas guys to help.

Maybe something like a True Blue status like a monthly donation or a way to encourage people to donate, bit like ChelseaTV but for a forum? Ah we are only 8% away from the target, so I'll go on and donate the other £8 haha it's a good cause.
