  1. Rudiger won't have an issue getting his place back IMO.
  2. No idea if this has been posted, but it's nice to see Lampard making sure the players stay in line.
  3. Three managers fighting for their jobs tbh. Arsenal should have enough to get the job done, but we know football isn't won on paper.
  4. They dealt with Wenger long enough, so they shouldn't be surprised with such.
  5. I guess time will tell. However, Getafe have an option to buy (odd) & his contract is up next summer, so this discussion is pointless.
  6. Alonso shouldn't be mentioned in any discussion at this point. I honestly didn't realise he would be 24 in a matter of months, but I still believe his versatility could be of use down our left depending on the game plan (LB, LWB, LW - left footed too). Potential summer - DD, Alonso, Giroud, MvG, AC (I don't see him or his father being content with fourth choice), Pedro & possibly Willian/Bats. Do people honestly expect us to stack up as a result of the ban? I'd personally like us to make use of what we have in certain positions & go big for 2/3 starters.
  7. I honestly don't get the hate for the latter either. Kenedy could certainly be a useful option under Lamps IMO.
  8. He isn't anywhere near the level he was two years ago. Lazio would be lucky to get a big name buyer at this point.
  9. Fair point with the RB connection. I guess money will talk come the summer.
  10. Seems like Utd could be the ideal destination for him.
  11. I'd say yesterday's back four is better than the dross that was on show at Anfield. Midfield will probably decide the game
  12. Don't know what's considered as a handball in this league
  13. 9 points clear. City haven't done much aside from the opening 5 mins
  14. Still got someway to match ours [emoji16]
  15. City complaining as norm and get done for it
  16. As long as someone has that sort of attitude, I'll be behind them.
  17. Juve didn't exactly make easy work of them tbh. Motta has certainly made them more solid
  18. I honestly can't imagine what state they will be in when that day comes. Don't see him retiring there
  19. Both CB's you mentioned are getting on and Eriksen isn't exactly exciting to potential suitors this year. Kane/Son would be two that would signal warning signs.
  20. I guess we'll find out. If Spurs' run of poor form continues (no away league win in 2019 IIRC), the bigger names might look to do a Bale. Levy will then have a decision to make.
  21. We used to say the same about Arsenal and look at them in recent years. Not to mention the fact that Spurs are in a much better place to compete. All the big clubs will have to spend big summer on summer to remain competitive, so I'd expect Levy to build on the previous window.
