Maybe, maybe not. No one can know for sure. Hazard's strenght is creating chances, delivering quality in the final third, we needed that against Sunderland. So i do believe he would have made a difference.
Your examples aren't really the best. He played for 7 minutes + 30 in extra time in the sunderland CC game so pretty harsh to complain about him not helping us win that game and against West Ham he was the one who created the most danger in the last 10 minutes of the game. He even gave Lampard the biggest chance of the game in the final minutes unfortunately Lampard kicked it straight at the goalkeeper.

Hazard can't pass himself you know. I blame the playmaker for the inconsistency of Eden Hazard. He doesn't get the ball enough. He has been brilliant all season, even in his bad games he is our best attacker by far.
What Mata did was brilliant, you go back to the start of the season and last season, you will see that Mata was ALWAYS looking for Hazard and ALWAYS passing him when he was free, which is not happening this season. Hazard actually is the only player who created a decent amount of chances this season, if there was another world-class AM next to him there wouldn't be one person in here who would claim he doesn't deserve POTY.

Without Eden we would be toothless in the attacking department and like i said earlier we would struggle to finish in the top4

without Hazard, i worry where the creativity will come from. Schurrle, is a good runner but without Hazard slipping the through passes, he would not get that hattrick. Willian is similar but a bit better than Schurrle. Oscar has never been particularly creative.

Chelsea does not want/need to sell Hazard, so the only chance to get him is to offer a insane ammount of money to his club and also insane wages to the player but even then Chelsea will most likely not sell him since we simply dont need the money
