  1. Seriously, aren't there any streams at all then?? I'm not relying on boring Gillette Soccer Special!
  2. Not as far as I know mate! As far as I'm concerned, I think we're nowhere near signing him!
  3. Actually, I watched Sturridge in the reserve game against Tottenham Reserves, if I recall, he scored a belter coming from the right hand side. Using his left foot fair enough, but the way I see it, Sturridge is quick enough to play in any position in attack.
  4. If we lose or gain just a point from this game, then we might as well all go home! Start wearing regular white Premier League sashes On the other hand, I agree with what LDN Blue said, in that our away form is abysmal at the moment, and the only way we're going to keep up with the rest is if we start winning our home games. That way the fans will get behind the team more, the morale will start coming back, and even our away form will begin to improve. A win by a number of goals is key here, but right now, I hardly see that happening. A team can't find immediate form overnight!
  5. morale to all this is... Drop Anelka... start Sturridge! simples!
  6. Haha! I have no idea how I got it, but thanks! I was amazed and honoured at the same time
  7. Jesus Fucking Christ we're not Liverpool fans! :censored: This is just childish, seriously some fans hardly have any faith!! It sickens me!
  8. Fair enough, but twitter have been spreading this rumor like wildfire!
  9. Well with the sort of contract that he's signed, me might as well have looked elsewhere.
  10. It doesn't make much sense though, why would Atletico reduce the price of their star player?? Unless they're trying to rid any debts ?? plus a fact, £38 million is still a large sum of money! If what these reports stating that Chelsea have made huge losses in recent months are true, then signing Aguero, as well as his huge wage bill every week doesn't make life easier for us..... but that's only if Roman is willing to support the funds by injecting some more cash so we can sign these types of players!
  11. Chelsea In Talks to Sign £17.5m Subotić German newspaper Bild are reporting that Chelsea are in talks to bring Borussia Dortmund defender Neven Subotić to Stamford Bridge in a €21 Million deal. Carlo Ancelotti's men are currently going through a significant dip in form that is threatening to undermine their whole season, which has now prompted the Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich to finally dip in to his deep pockets once again. Subotić currently plays for German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund who appear ready to sell the 22 year old now that Chelsea are prepared to meet their asking price. Neven Subotić is considered one of the best up and coming centre backs in Europe and Chelsea are not the only ones chasing the Serbian international and his form this season has helped take Borussia Dortmund well clear at the top of the Bundesliga and as such his side will be reticent to sell the 22 year old. Carlo Ancelotti is looking to beef up his defensive options as well as trying to reverse the ageing nature of his Stamford Bridge squad and a move for the man dubbed the 'Next Nemanja Vidic" would helpfully help resolve both issues. Chelsea are of course in the middle of a horrible series of results and will hope to bring Subotic in this month to help push them back into the title chase race. ------------------------------------ Source:- CaughtOffside ------------------------------------
  12. 40 seconds in, stunning free kick! This boy has some shot on him too!!
  13. Samba is a great defender I think, gets on with the same, very solid, and probably a cheap buy as well! Not really a world class candidate however
  14. Rumours circulating around Stamford Bridge today suggest that Chelsea are close to striking a deal with Belgian club Racing Genk for signing of nippy left-winger Kevin De Bruyne. The Belgian youngster’s agent, Patrick de Koster, has revealed that the London club have invited the 19-year-old to visit them to discuss a proposed move. “Someone important at Chelsea told me that the club are closely monitoring Kevin’s progress. He also asked me when we could meet to discuss a possible transfer,” De Koster told HLN. “They want to discuss Kevin’s future and also invited us to visit Chelsea’s stadium. We’ve had similar requests in the past, but never visited any clubs. However, we’re planning to visit Chelsea once we have time.” The Belgian prodigy has previously been linked with moves to Arsenal and Everton, but it would now seem that the English champions are ready to make an official move for the winger. Chelsea have been widely tipped to make moves in this year’s January transfer window following a severe drop in form which has seen them only take 5 points from the last 15 available. Carlo Ancelotti said earlier this week that he was ‘lucky’ to be in a job at Stamford Bridge and their latest defeat at the hands of Mick McCarthy’s Wolves will certainly have turned up the pressure on the former AC Milan manager. Despite Chelsea’s fantastic start to the season they now sit in 5th place in the Premier League, 9 points off the pace having played one more game. Such a dilemma could leave chairman Abramovic with two options, either to sack his prestige manager or hand over his chequebook to the former Champion’s League winner. The Blues may face stiff competition for the De Bruyne though, he has also been widely linked with moves to Germany and Holland with interest from top European clubs such as PSV, Twente and Bayern Munich. ----------------------------------------------- Source:- Football Transfer Tavern ------------------------------------------------ Seriously.... who? I've never heard of him! And £9m??!
  15. True point, but the fact of the matter is, our squad is lacking in depth and quality at the moment, from what I've heard of Pastore, he's a pretty decent player and would fit in well in the squad.
  16. Another scandinavian on the forums! :blue scalf: Welcome mate
  17. If we sign Aguero this january I will drink my own piss! We all know because he's just signed a new contract with Atletico that he will stay there until at least the summer, so no way will we be signing him now! Otherwise what's the friggin' point in signing a deal??
  18. Hey!! We're not as bad as Liverpool are!! Think about that for one second, look where they are, look who they just lost to, look how many goals. Look how many premier league titles we have compared to them. I back Carlo 100%
  19. I'd rather have my Grandma as manager!
