I saw almost all his matches. With Genk, and also with Werder. He will only get better when he plays games, and gain experience in the PL. The progression he made since he left Genk is incredible. He devoured the step from the Belgium League to the Bundesliga without any trouble. And he is the person who made the most number of kilometers in the whole Bundesliga last year.
