Went out of CL last year despite having scored most goals in grp stage by a team. Qualified this year with least no. of goals conceded by a team in grp stage. All positives. Expected a better performance though. Sometimes just wanna see us destroying a struggling team. Would be good for the team and the fans but I guess it ain't happening anytime soon. Ah well another clean sheet for Schwarzer !

I am amazed by our inconsistency.

So many good performances in the 2nd half !! Absolutely wanted the win more than the Saints and very happy to see our Strikers actually playing. Iva had a great game and Mata showed his brilliancy but voted Ramires because he never frigging stops, makes the difference every time.

Boruc goes from forgetting how to be a keeper against Arsenal and now finds form of his life. Arghhhh.

Even if he becomes the poorest player on pitch, Lampard is a legend. I think you ought to show him a lot more respect than that.

Newcastle was really fired up from that derby loss and Man city loss. We were so poor. Now Manchester sides scoring for fun. Ughhh such a bad football day !

I don't think such comparison among our own players is necessary.

Had a very poor game like almost everyone although at 2nd half tried to create some chances. That pass to Willian could have been a goal and the scenario could have been different now. Anyway he should play no.10 or just start from bench if its so important to play Mata. Everyone moaning he should have been subbed off instead of Mata but neither Mata created 100000 chances in the first half as some claim he does everytime he starts. Bad day !! We will improve.

Great game overall !! Arsenal failed to score after a loooong time I guess. Solid. Was great to see Azpi and Mata score. Happy to see Essien.
