As much as I'm a fan of his, that seems quite impossible. Except when Costa gets injured for months or so, which I of course wouldn't wish on him...
-
That was only Mirallas I think, and he said that it's a great player but that some might say he didn't deserve it yet because he didn't fought for the qualification. Januzaj should always be with the team in my eyes, and needs to earn a starting spot as soon as possible. If that happens, they can't constantly put two or three guys on Hazard, which would help him a lot.
-
I seriously don't think the problem is motivation.
-
That's an absolutely ludicrous statement. "He could have played better but he just didn't feel like it" Seriously?
-
The first guy teammates should be looking for is the one that's open. No one player team has ever won the World Cup except for Argentina 86... This forum is acting like the rest of our players are worthless.
-
Muh, Mirallas will always be a sub at most. He's good, but there are better players on every position suitable for him, be it as a winger or a striker.
-
He doesn't have to be THE stand out player. He has to keep winning. You know who wants to be the best player? Ronaldo. Hazard actually has teammates (as in, he sees that they're on the pitch).
-
Ffs, Belgium got into its second QF ever and they're bitching about Hazard. He didn't do bad at all. What do you want him to do? Score every goal himself? He's not the only guy with talent in this team, he just needs to be solid, which he was up till now.
-
Which is not enough in my eyes. If one of the two is injured, you can't sub your striker...
-
Of course. Why should we have only two strikers? We have 23 year old, a 21 year old and a 19 year old. We're set for ten years at least.
-
Well, that's why Origi started and Lukaku finished it off. Stop whining.
-
I know. ;-) But still, he wouldn't be there if Benteke was fit. Lukaku would have always been the second striker.
-
Yeah, you're forgetting the fact that no one except Wilmots knew who Origi was a month ago, and that he wouldn't even have joined the squad if Benteke wasn't injured. People and their fast conclusions, they annoy me. ;-)
-
Our queen, ladies and gentlemen: She congratulated Lukaku on scoring a fabulous goal yesterday, unaware that it was the OTHER FUCKING BLACK GUY. :D http://www.hln.be/hln/nl/9091/Time-out/article/detail/1926529/2014/06/23/Pijnlijk-Mathilde-haalt-Origi-en-Lukaku-door-elkaar.dhtml Painful in so many ways.

.It's not pronounced de "Broy-nuh" I just can't give you an example in English, because the sound doesn't seem to exist in that language...
-
Another thing: how many horrible, horrible games did Chelsea play this year? Enough, right? Does that mean Mourinho is not a good coach? Sometimes your key players are just not performing. It's no more than that...
-
Tell me what manager would be a. affordable and b. better? Getting the likes of Van Gaal is impossible unless they do it for scratch. Also, Van Gaal failed to qualify Holland for the 2002 World Cup, with a better team than he has today. Wilmots yet has to lose his first competitive game as a coach, and during the qualification matches his tactical choices almost always proved right.
-
Hmm, you're right. Holy shit, those players...
-
Muh, we had Advocaat before, with practically the same generation minus Lukaku and Divork, and he lost to fucking Armenia.
-
Coach was just interviewed and asked about Lukaku. He said "it was completely normal. Frustrated because of the game and full of adrenaline... He will be fine..."
-
He's the first manager that was able to take these guys to an actual tournament. They adore him. What should we do? Pay Capello 10 million a year so he can come play catenaccio with our team?
-
Ba was more worthwhile than Torres this year, scoring about a goal every three matches (since a lot of them were only a couple of minutes long coming of the bench that's not bad). Torres on the other hand scored a goal about every four matches. Most of these matches were longer than Ba's. Yet Torres keeps on playing. Familiar?
-
My point was that the rest of the team sucked as well, and there was absolutely no distribution to him, which is why he had to come so deep to get a ball..
-
See you're probably right, but yesterday is not a good indicator. You know how many good passes Lukaku got in the entire match? Absolutely zero. Was absolutely frustrating for him in my opinion. He was perfectly placed for the Hazard pass Chadli intercepted and ruined at the end of the first half. He might have scored if he got that one, we'll never know.
-
I wouldn't have given him MOTM to be honest. Fellaini deserved that one.
