Barca release new shirt

FC Barcelona would today like to announce a change to the products featuring the fruits of their humanitarian association with the good people at Qatar Foundation.

After having encountered heavy condemnation from it's fanbase for a move that apparently resulted in a loss of their identity, the club would like to appease the loyal support by bringing out memorabilia more in line with the historical nature of the club, embodied on the pitch by the shining lights of Daniel Alvez, Sergi Busquets and Pedro. We are delighted to presented the new away shirt for the next season :

"I like this new shirt a lot" said Mr Busquets. "It really brings out who I am so I can express myself properly on the pitch."

Fans are requested to commemorate the unveiling by ordering the new kit. The club have gracefully decided to donate 50% of the proceeds to Mr Tom Henning Ovrebo of Norway, whose tragically early retirement has brought great financial constraints upon him.
