And of coure, his strong form at Arsenal this second half of 2010.

Again, i can't come up with someone else for the year 2010. Maybe you could help me?

I would say Ibrahimovic... With Milan he's just magnificent. And in my opinion with Barcelona he was better than Chamack with Bordeaux...

Ibra was not playing well at all in the second half of the 2009/2010 season and eventually lost his place as a starter. That's why i didn't include him.

Suarez to maintain his place, Aguero for Lukaku.

Suarez:

Good first half of the year.

Good World Cup.

Very bad second half of the year. Not playing well and very frustrating to watch. Had problems with the fans and to top it off, he went crazy. He took a huge bite in the neck of a PSV player for no reason and got suspended until February.

Any more suggestions?

Ibra ? Surely he's done better than Lukaku ?!? Considering the level of opponents he faces week in week out.

Or would you guys say his phenomenal Milan form is enough to knock Chamakh off the list?

Killamanjaro, would you say Chamakh sucked at Bordeaux the second half of the 09/10 season?

Yeah

- First half of 2010 : Yes Ibra has tended to loose his place as a starter... It was because he was bad and because Guardiola hated him ! And we all know what happen when Guardiola doesn't want a player (Deco, Ronnie, Eto'o). In another hand, Bordeaux has have a very pathetic end of season ! In January they were 1st with something like 15 points clear of Marseille, and in may they were sixth and 14 points behind Marseille ! And La Liga is far better than La Ligue 1...

-> So in my opinion Ibra > Chamakh

- Second half of 2010 : Yes Chamakh is doing well with Arsenal (mainly the divings lool), but Ibra is simply terrific !

-> Ibra > Chamakh

ps : by the way i'm not agree with you about Milito, with what he did between January and May he deserves to be mentionned...

I really didn't like removing him from the list. He was phenomenal for Inter (in the league and in the CL) and scored in pretty much every single big game. He really was the best striker in the world in that period. But he has been very poor since the start of the current season. Hardly scoring any goals, missing easy chances.. You would think his less talented twin brother took over. It seems Mourinho got the best out of him and used him in the way he's most effective.

So it's a hard one. He would have to take the place of either Forlán, Drogba or Ibra. Most likely Ibra () since both Drogba and Forlán enjoyed a fantastic first half of 2010 but are performing better than Milito is in the second half.

Funny though how the three best strikers of the 09/10 season are all above 30 (Forlan 31, Milito 31, Drogba 32) and not performing the same way they did last season. Coincidence or age kicking in ?
