pluto 0
Defo lol.And true for sure duno how much help Clakre is but doesnt help when you get a shot of the bench for a reaction when something has just gone wrong/decison taking palce etc and Grant is kinda tum tee tum and Clarke seems to be the first to leap up with a 'I am angry look on his face' while Grant still tum tee tums.JT is prob the inspiration we get now these days. And yeh he's Captain gotta do it but not on his own.And agree about the touchline thing,Jose would stand there going barmy,Grant is still tum te tumming.Ok maybe its the way he is a quiet guy but still doesnt help!Man you made me laugh with your description of Grant but it's so true!Okay none of us knows who is giving what advice to whom but you look at Grant whenever the TV goes to him when a decision is being made and he just sort of stands there with this expresson on his face like "what me?" and Clarke looks pi**ed off and Cate is perhaps getting up and yelling or something and Grant is still standing there, hands either limply hanging by his side or on his head, mouth hanging slightly open still thinking "what me are you sure? I need to make a decision?".We could all be wrong about this and may be underneath it all he is a master tactician but if you asked me who I would rather have leading me out into a battle - Grant or Mourinho - I tell you Mourinho wins hands down every goddamn time. BlueLion. 21,491
I'm just sitting here wondering how everyone knows that Clarke has had this effect and Ten Cate has had that effect. How do we actually know this?Well we don't, we're just assuming. However, it is the role of an assistant manager to be involved in the tactics and substitutions, etc.
