Anchor Richard Keys could be in hot water with Sky Sports bosses after a live microphone picked up a foul-mouthed rant at Arsenal winger Theo Walcott.

Keys swore at the England starlet and mocked the colour of his boots after he went to ground during the Gunners' 4-1 Champions League defeat to Barcelona.

And the 52-year-old commentator was overheard by fans who were listening to online streaming of the game.

According to the Sun newspaper, Keys - a Coventry City fan - screamed: 'Get up you stupid little boy.'

He then added: 'You've been s***e, son, in your daft pink boots - absolute rubbish.'

Keys was also overheard joking with match pundits Graeme Sounness and Ruud Gullit, who were with him in the studio at the Nou Camp, asking: 'Who's farted? It's not me.'

The well-known presenter has been caught out by a stray live microphone before.

In June 2007, during coverage of the Scotland v Faroe Islands European Championship qualifier at the Torsvollur Stadium in Torshavn, Keys was mistakenly broadcast saying: 'Daft little ground, silly game, f**k off.'

He was given a slap on the wrist by his bosses but continues to host for the popular sports broadcaster.
