Good Pub in London to watch a Chelsea match?

Hi Everyone!

I'm a new Chelsea fan from America. I will be in London in April with my sister and brother for both the matches on the 10th and 17th. In talking with them and looking over my finances, it seems that a trip to watch Chelsea play live is out (boo). However, all three of us are interested in watching them play at pub somewhere (well, I'm interested in watching the match and they are interested in drinking beer).

We will be staying in "West Central" London. Will it be difficult for us to find a good "Chelsea-friendly" pub? Any help or suggestions would be sincerely welcomed!! Thanks to everyone and Go Chelsea!!
