But it […] View the full article I'd argue the 2011/12 comeback against Barca was better given the disparity in quality between the two sides and the sheer task we had to turn that tie around mid-game. But my personal favourite European comeback will always be the Cup Winners Cup semi against Vicenza. The bullet header from Zola and then Mark Hughes with, well, a typical Mark Hughes goal out of nothing. Only a year too after THAT Liverpool comeback. Great times.
