I don't understand Spanish and the youtube comments are also in Spanish.

It appears that a human figure descends a staircase then runs across the terrace and goes through a railing.

But it looks to me quite simply the dividing railing has a door that was open ! Clock shows 91.10 minute of play, so if in fact the stadium employes did not open the door they were in violation of crowd safety rules.

If you look at 5 seconds into that video there is a similar shadow moving slowly in the BLUE stands. When they zoom in later you can't see the second shadow. It's probably just the result of powerful flood lights pointing at a low flying spider cam. The way the shadow distorts over the seats and people made it look like it had legs by chance.
