Faulty hhd...i

A couple of months ago my computer crashed [doesn't everyones?] and I lost my passwords to this board and another Chelsea fan forum. In my attempts to login in to these forums I've been banned by one, no reason given and no reply to my e-mails. On this board I've had to create another account but because my profile is still on file I've had to gain a new e-mail address also. I was butchercoat but now I have another name. My point is this, I'm am not used to finding my way round the ether without cocking it up in some way or other, can someone draw a mods attention to my plight or maybe even Jim. Regards Rob
