Estagon 0
Hello,Since this year I have a True Blue Membership Card. Thanks to the card I can pre-order one ticket. However if I want to go with friends, I can buy two more at the next phase. How can I make sure we can sit next to each other if both of my friends are no Members ? Thanks in advance. Really want to go to the Newcastle game with a friend who is a non-member, but don't understand how to use the phases properly. Do I buy my ticket in the first phase, and then his in the second phase? Would that mean we can't sit together?Any help would be appreciated Not had the money to go watch Chelsea until this season. clatoon 11
Hi guys, you would have to wait until the second phase to buy both, otherwise you will end up sitting apart. Unfortunately I don't think theres a way around it... The only way of getting tickets together in the 1 per member phase is to have accounts linked together etc which requires separate memberships... If you need tickets seated together I have 4 memberships which rarely all get used, so I will sometimes be able to help you out if you need? cheers

How quickly do games usually sell out? I can imagine sometimes there isn't even an opportunity to get tickets by the time the second phase starts? Will the second phase (2 extra tickets for Members) go on sale for Stoke City.. Not a big game but still at the start of the season, probably many fans that want to get their loyalty points for upcoming CL etc.. Thanks again.. clatoon 11
It depends really. I'd expect probably reading and stoke to maybe go to that phase, but would think the Newcastle game would sell out before.Does anyone need tickets for the reading game as my memberships are not being use for this currently? Estagon 0
Hello,I still have one question. I read some things about some bad view seats in the MHL standing. Can someone tell me which rows are decent to sit ? There are 34 rows, and I'd like to know the row letters(numbers) from bottom to top in MHL. For example, is row 1 (the lowest, nearest to the pitch) number A or.. ? Thanks in advance. Sorry for the messy language, I don't really know how to explain what I mean. Hope you guys understand ! Liquidator 5,176
Row A is the nearest to the pitch and rows then go back A, B, C etc. as you move further away from the pitch. After Row Z, this continues with rows AA, BB, CC etc. until you get to row JJ (last row). Generally I think it is the last 4 rows which can cause problems and the views are a bit like this because of the overhang of the Matthew harding Upper tierThere is still an overhang in rows before the last 4 (row EE for example) but it will not impede your view really. Because of the way the stand is built it is not always the back 4 rows which are restricted view (in the curved parts row EE is restricted) Overall, I would say any row bar the last 4 in the MHL are good to sit in. Restricted view tickets are sold separately and at a discounted price so you will not end up with a restricted view seat unless you actually choose one. If you want to know in more detail I'd find someone who regularly sits in the MH lower (I don't often sit there)
middleoftheshed 388
Unless you buy a restircted view ticket, which is half the price, you will be able to see the whole of the pitch. I've had tickets as far back as EE and it was fine even though everyone was stood.

Estagon 0
Hello again, The Stoke City game coming closer. As I mentioned before I wanted to go with three friends of me. I have found someone who can provide three extra membership cards, free to use for me (so he is not asking a tip to do this). Is it legal to buy tickets with a membership card from someone else and going to the game with people that aren't connected to these membership cards. I have never had to show my ID before in a game, but if they do.. What do I have to say.. I see a lot of people here saying they have some extra tickets, etc.. How does Chelsea FC react to this ? I found something in the Ticketing Policy about this, but it's a difficult English (for me, I'm not born in the UK). Quote : "Save for Match Tickets issued by Chelsea FC to its Supporters Clubs, Match Ticket(s) and Season TeamCard(s) may be transferred to Guest(s) for their personal use only PROVIDED THAT such transfer takes place in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of the Match Ticket or the prorated value of the Season TeamCard for the Match (as the case may be) plus any prorated administrative cost, and such transfer does not take place in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business. Where a Season Ticket Holder or Member has transferred a Match Ticket or Season TeamCard to a Guest, the Guest must provide the name and address of the Season Ticket Holder/Member upon demand when requested by any official, steward or employee of Chelsea FC or any police officer. For the avoidance of doubt, a Ticket Holder shall not resell, assign or transfer the Match Ticket or Season TeamCard to any natural person who is: (a) subject to any restriction or banning order or is prevented from entering the Ground for any other reason, legal or otherwise or who has been charged with or found guilty of any football-related offence anywhere in the world; or ( not permitted by Chelsea FC or otherwise to purchase a Match Ticket and/or Season TeamCard (under the Ground Regulations, these Conditions of Issue or otherwise) and attend such Match(es)."What I get out of this is :You may indeed transfer tickets from another membership to a guest, if this guest can provide the full name and adress of the Member's Card used, when asked by a Police Officer, Steward or employee of CFC. The Member may not ask for any compensation or sell the tickets for a higher price than they are provided on the CFC Official Website. The Member takes full responsibility for potential offensive behaviour of the Guest and may not give his card's tickets to someone who has committed such acts in the past and is therefore already banned from the ground on his own name. Can someone confirm that using someone else's membership is legal with consent of the original owner which can be proven in an email ? (Should I print this or am I worrying way too much about this? As I said this is the first time I'm doing this and I wouldn't want to be forbidden to enter. Thanks in advance. Do you know if it's legal?
