sorry i havent been around for a while work has been a nightmare, our ward manager has been moved and we are to get 10 extra beds and the staff in general are having a shake up, union are apparently balloting us on strike action( certain staff grades are looosing upto six grand a year) so its been metal

then when i finally do get time off i,m ill - typical
