Im a bit confused on chelseas site it read

but ive read reports on the contrary saying:

so whats the case im a bit lost, if roman where to walk away tomorrow would we go into financial meltdown?

Judging by that Guardian article, the parent company does owe him. But he has to give an 18-month notice, unless we're generating profit (which is highly unlikely). So yeah, we'd probably be very fucked.

but it says on the official website, that they are in no debt to roman, so im not 100% sure. Either way roman better not leave anyday soon lol

The club itself isn't. The parent club, that does trading, is. They're not lying, but they're not giving out all the facts.
