BlueLion. 21,491
Right, to answer some of your questions, the call centre is English-speaking only as far as I am aware. However I would massively advise for you to contact the person who you have borrowed the membership from, and ask to access that account online by asking for his/her username and password. That way you can log on as normal and get the tickets from the online centre. The only reason I suggest this is because you are moreorless guaranteed tickets to any home game if you log in at 7am of the date they go on general sale. However if you want to phone up, you will need a valid credit card number, your address, the membership numbers, but also details of the owner of the membership, as they will probably ask you for the membership holder's date of birth, for example, as proof of identity.Waiting to use the phone line won't guarantee you tickets, and 90% are sold online and the remaining 10% at the box office. If the 90% sold online all go, then they sell whatever is left of the box office tickets through an automated system, so the box office tickets may already be 'sold out' by the time you try and access them. However, if you order from the online system or the box office, you can pick them up from the stadium the day before the match or the day of the match itself in most cases. xPetrCechx 13,573
The more I buy the tickets earlier than I'd get better seats?
BlueLion. 21,491
Not necessarily. Like it has been said, the ticketing system is random.

xPetrCechx 13,573
Not necessarily. Like it has been said, the ticketing system is random.i wrote to chelsea fc.com and they said:Hi thereThank you for your email. When purchasing tickets, if you buy online, it will give youthe best available seat. However, if you was to call us, we can search for the specific seat that you want.???
BlueLion. 21,491
Its random, best available is the 'best' of what is left after season tickets and previous sales. You won't get the worst, but you won't get front row.
