  1. Good win today. One thing is certain though: we're still lacking width. Everyone of our midfielders wants to cut in and shoot. Personally, I miss Moses. He ran at defenders and loved to create plays on the wings and put in low crosses to our strikers. Great effort all around though.
  2. PUTO GOLAZO FROM WILLIAN. Holy fuck.
  3. Robbed by the official again. I don't understand the hate of Schurrle in this game. His shot was a very dificult one and Lloris made a great stop. He put in a great defensive shift and definitely calmed down Walker on that flank. He did what Mou asked him to do. Tbh, I would've liked that substitution made earlier but for Oscar instead of Hazard. Oscar didn't had a clue today. There's no question who should be our number 10: Juan Manuel Mata Garcia.
  4. MOTM? Mata. Because look how bad we looked attacking without him. It's like there's no ideas as to what to do offensively.
  5. Yes! I would like to see Mata starting this one. No one in this team has the vision and passing of Mata. De Bruyne will certainly be at that level in a couple of years though. It's like having 2 different teams. With Mata, it's more of a slow build play, possession based game. Without him and with De Bruyne as 10, it's definitely a counter attack team, lethal and quick.
  6. GREAT JOB @Alex Fuck me, that was quick.
  7. Well well well, nothing like a little racism to make you feel better. Take it easy Mein Fuhrer. Only 2 more games and they'll be back at The Bridge before you know it.
  8. You have a whole season of watching Chelsea in prime time. This is just one game. GET OVER IT.
  9. Actually, all of baseball stadiums in MLB except 2 (Tampa and Toronto) have grass. Half of the American Football stadiums in the NFL have grass too. I would say that 75% percent of football stadiums in the US have grass. Metlife Stadium is not one of them though lol.
  10. It says NYC but it's in East Rutherford, New Jersey at Met Life Stadium as @Lukakuto Stamford pointed out.
  11. Fucking Drake. Ugh. I hate him. My two best friends, who are hardcore Barcelona fans, rate Mata and Hazard very highly. Another one they like too is David Luiz because of the obvious need in CB for them.
  12. No, I'm not? Mata is a great player, no matter where you put him in. I just think that he's the best crosser on our team and there's been tons of times where someone is doing their run towards the box and whoever is playing on the wings makes a cross that goes sailing to the upper stands. Also, Mata is not strong enough to play in the center. City, namely Yaya and Milner, gave him a very rough time in the middle. Regardless, I love Juan Mata and I do agree that he is the player that has the best passing vision and everything goes thru him on Chelsea.
  13. Last season he played on the wings and was super effective. I know that's where he plays now but I think that we would benefit more from his crossing on the wings than him playing centrally.
  14. David Luiz performance today was another indicator of why he should play in the midfield. Excellent vision and passing, can shoot the ball from outside and is very strong on the middle of the pitch. Fernando actually whipped in a ferocious cross that Mata couldn't get to and a beautiful header from the corner that Terry pounced on, so he was not shit at all. Moses was wasteful. Hazard was just a spectator today. Mata is our best crosser but he tends to drift to the center too much. Oscar should've played in the pivot. I like his work rate and tackling abilities more than Shitkel for that kind of role. Glad that we picked up those 3 points. We need to pick 3 more from the scousers. KTBFFH.
  15. I still think that Oscar should play as a deep lying playmaker. There's no connection between the defense and the 3 Amigos. We need someone who can pass the ball to the front on a consistent level and Rambo, Mikel and Luiz can't do that. Oscar can do that. He can also shoot from outside and can press high up the pitch. Great game though.
