Its a nice idea but I don't think it would have the activity to substantiate a single forum. However feel free to sell your Chelsea memorabilia in the General Chat forum. As for the t-shirts idea, we do actually have a shop! No, it isn't minor at all, my friend! It will require Jim to do that, though, it may be worth sending him a PM because he is often too busy to read every topic in this forum. The reason why it isn't on there is because the standard IP Boards flag pack only contains a small number, and we've had to manually add a lot.
