Thanks for the suggestion though, I'm trying to avoid using any "fake sugar replacement" products as my doctors have advised me to keep away from them, because of my own medical issues..... If anyone has any other ideas I'd be most grateful

I need some Help! finding it hard to find any good no sugar recipes suitable for diabetics so that I can make my boyfriend a birthday cake that his mother can enjoy with us........... if anyone knows of any good recipes or sites where i could find them, can you please let me know asap..... Failing that feel free to post any of your favourite recipes that you think other members might like to try. I know I always like trying new things. Thanks to anyone who can help with my little predicament. A13

real one but i knew about it months ago, because i paid for some, but my dads paying all the expensive stuff wouldn't fit in my stocking though, so only officially got given the keys and a street map book from my dad oh and i second the chronic indigestion - what is it about christmas that makes you want to stuff yourself stupid? every year you say to yourself this years going to be different, ill watch what i eat, and ill be fine for once, but every year i fail. i thought i was being quite good this year and yet i still feel gross days after :unsure:

would take a hell of a lot of money to keep someone quite about that, and it would have to be on going, i don't see how clubs could give up that sort of money without it being noticed.................
