  1. Decent, they have been the better side for sure, but we have not been that bad. Meireles needs to go off, he's giving the ball away too much.
  2. Mike Dean fuck off, Mikel was fouled.
  3. IMO Drogba should have started this, while Torres starts at home against Spurs. Let's just hope for the best i guess.
  4. What type of formation is that? 4-5-1?
  5. I think he'll score too,he's been crap for too long, plus no better time to put an end to that than against your former side
  6. He's better than Turnbull, so i see no reason to complain.
  7. Won 5-0 against Mighty Mojos. Top of the league! 2nd placed Nour FC at home next.
  8. Winning brings confidence, it's much better for us to be going into the games with City and Tottenham on the back of 4 straight "unimpressive" wins, than with stupid draws like we've been doing all season. Look at Arsenal for example, during their current winning streak they have had games where they didn't play their best, and were lucky to win. But the fact is they keep winning, and this is what we have been doing, and hopefully we can continue doing so.
  9. Just couple months ago we had a run of games against recently promoted sides, and teams at the bottom half of the table. We had like 3 wins and a shit load of draws out of that. Point is, the way we have been playing this season it's very wrong to discredit wins by saying 'Championship side' or 'down to 10 men' - this one especially, we were on top from the very beginning, even when they had 11 men. And remember we couldn't even beat Birmingham at home just a couple weeks ago..
  10. Same team that started against Napoli should start this one imo. I like Ramires on the left - he will help out a lot defensively and can also pick up the ball and race past everyone
  11. He's hit better shots that didn't go in, luck just decided to shine on him today.
  12. I understand what he brings to the team - he's a very good player, he gives us a genuine threat out wide with his pace and trickery, and he scores goalssss! Now if he can just learn to pass to open teammates instead of shooting 99% of the time, don't you agree he will be an even better player?
